There is the bonus of a large private off road car park, ideal if you wish to be in the city centre of Aberdeen.

Here for a mini break with friends, catching up with family members or working in Aberdeen short term? We are close to all the attractions Aberdeen has to offer and a short distance to the magnificent North East Coastline or the stunning Royal Deeside. Whatever your reason we are an ideal option.

Great place for large group to stay

Property Manager was very good and provided timely information. The rooms were all well equipped with an ensuite in each bedroom. The place could use a deep clean and the windows need washing inside and out.

Great spot for your golf trip!

My friends and I stayed here on our golf trip. It was awesome with everyone getting their own rooms and bathrooms. Close to eating options and easy to get to everywhere we needed to go.

fantastic spot!

As advertised, 9 BRs and 9 bathrooms, with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen-- all of which we made excellent use. Rooms were clean and functional. Car park at the back of the building. Easy walk to City Centre. Owner is responsive via text. What's not to like?!

Weekend break

This is a smashing property in a great location, the rooms and facilities are great and it’s within easy walking distance to the city centre. Colin was very friendly and easy to deal with, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone

Travel is a great experience with meeting new people and seeing how other live. If we can add to that experience in a small way its a great feeling for everyone.

We are in the heart of Aberdeen but only 500 metres ( 5 minute walk) to both the beachfront and the city centre attractions . For being in the city centre we are in a quiet peaceful location
