Over-all it was a very nice house. Very clean. The space allowed the grandbaby to run around, instead of being corralled in a hotel room. Kitchen had everything we needed. Back deck & fire pit were excellent. The master suite bed is like four feet on the floor, but there is a step stool in the closet.

Not the owners issue but I was charged an additional 250.00 as a security fee and that hasn’t been returned yet , a week later

Kitchen stock with basic stuff, bring paper plates for the kids. There was no beach view. But the house is cute and cozy!! Will be staying again!!

Great location!

This was a perfect little home for our group of 6 -affordable option that is conveniently located. We loved the proximity to Beverly Beach state park, and also a short drive to Lincoln City or Newport.

Awesome vacation house!

Have made many trips to the coast and this by far was the best! We had an amazing time and look forward to more stays at this location! So comfortable and very clean! Shannon was so awesome to get us booked on short notice 😊

Holiday Getaway

This house was perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Beverly Beach was closed for construction, but there was plenty to do within a short drive.

Quiet and cozy

We just stayed for 2 nights for Thanksgiving. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the nights were quiet. Complementary bar soaps would be great for next time. Would stay there again.

Thank you for the compliments. I strive for comfort and utmost cleanliness! I normally have small bar soaps for my guests, It must have been an over sight by my housekeeper. I’m sorry.

Wonderful home to have a great vacation!

Our family loved the time spent in this vacation home, had everything we needed to make it home away from home and explore Newport area. House is well decorated with beach decor and we spent evenings in the backyard around the fire pit. Would recommend it highly!

Cozy home

The house is cute and very inviting. Decor is beautifully picked sea theme. Backyard was wonderful, my kids enjoyed it. Everything was easily accessible, it was quiet area. Its a great place to stay. Our host was very hospitable.

I take much pride in my beloved grandma’s home. Funky is not a word I would use? Yes it is older, but We have been updating the whole house . We just put in all new flooring. And windows are in the near future. I make sure it is very clean and anything you may need is in the house. There are fun family games and toys for the kids.

Great central location

We had a fantastic stay, and enjoyed how close it was to the Highway to travel up and down the coast. House was pleasant, but didn’t spend a lot of time there. We just needed a place to rest our heads in the evening. It met all of our needs and Shannon was very easy to work with. Would stay again and again!
