Welcome to The Beverly Beach House, a beautiful family-friendly ocean view property in Newport’s Beverly Beach neighborhood. 10 minutes walk to Beverly Beach Nature park for walks on the park trail or on the beach. 10-minute drive, centrally located between all the beautiful beaches and viewpoints between Depoe Bay Scenic Park (North) and Yaquina Bay State Park (South). Perched on a hill in a quiet neighborhood, you're only 10 10-minute drive from all that Newport & Depoe Bay has to offer.

We adjust our cleaning fee to match the number of rooms used, making our home affordable for couples while keeping it spotless for larger groups. Please let us know how many rooms you'll use when booking.

The house is spacious with two living areas for the entire family; the downstairs living area features an entertainment center with a Samsung Smart TV; the upstairs living area has a separate TV for streaming ( Netflix, Disney+, & Amazon) programs for kids, and its own recreation area with board games. Drink your morning coffee or watch the sun set on the (3/1/22) newly added deck, off the second story, for a wonderful view of the ocean, and relax to the sounds of the waves—plenty of space in the dining area and kitchen for hosting and family dinners. The downstairs deck off the kitchen is perfect for barbecuing and sunbathing. The backyard is fenced with ample room for the kiddos to run around and play in nature.
