Perfect get away. Condo was fully stocked with everything one would need in the kitchen as well as an abundance of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas.

Check-in was smooth. Unit was exceptionally clean. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Carol was kind and gracious , and all information/ departure instructions were clear. Thx to all for a wonderful vacation!

The owner was very responsive and her place had everything one could need or want. The condo was in a completely renovated complex since the hurricane 4 years ago. Beautiful landscaping . very close to the beach , very nice pool too.

view from Lanai even more beautiful than photograph. The condo and property were very well kept and very comfortable. Very laid back, quiet vibe with direct beach access and central to all points. The host also provided very informative instructions and insights for unit, property and island in general. We had a wonderful visit.

Carol’s condo was perfection. It was super clean, nicely furnished, had lovely finishes, and offered a beautiful ocean view. Carol responded right away when we had an issue (someone had parked in our designated parking spot.) The property was also phenomenal. Everything was new and very clean. The pool was perfect for kids and the grounds were immaculate. Very brief and direct walk to the beach. I would certainly recommend this condo and community to others.

We are grateful that our guests are happy with our condo and the Pointe Santo de Sanibel complex. A tremendous amount of effort has been spent to restore and modernize the complex after Hurricane Ian struck Sanibel. So glad the guests had a good time!

It's wonderful to hear again from guests who come to our condo through VRBO, that they loved their stay. I try to think what I would want in terms of supplies in the condo, if I were the guest -- things like coffee filters, sweeteners, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and gallon/sandwich plastic bags -- as well as beach chairs, pool and beach toys, etc., so that the guest doesn't have to buy these things. I'm so pleased to hear that we had another satisfied guest! -- Carol

Great communication from start to finish. Lovely appointed condo in prime position with great beach access. We loved the space and well equipped kitchen and whole condo. It was super clean and there was nothing not to like. We were treated every day to dolphins passing in the gulf waters and sightings of the resident alligator. We will return.

We love having people from all over the world enjoy the beautiful Sanibel beaches and the unbelievable number of shells to find during every beach stroll. The small alligator on the lake island will be relocated soon, as is the policy of our condo complex, but it's always fun to see these creatures on the island. Everything we needed

This was the cleanest and most updated condo we have stayed in. It was extremely well stocked with all the basics and more. Great communication with owners throughout the whole process.

We are so glad that our recent guests enjoyed their stay in our little bit of paradise! It is so nice to visit a location like Sanibel, where there is always sunshine, a great beach, and shelling to your heart's content -- activities that can be done outside, with lots of social distancing during this time of the covid virus. We hope they will return in the future!

Simply Amazing!

This was our first time visiting Sanibel Island and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect condo and location! The condo had everything we needed and more! Carol is wonderful to communicate with and she never misses a detail! We can't wait to go back next year :)

We loved staying here. We had everything we needed and more. The location was great and we loved it. Our only complaint was that people staying below us smoked like chain smokers. Every time we went to the lanai the people below us were smoking. We complained a couple of times but nothing ever changed.

We are so glad you loved staying in C-36 at Pointe Santo. I'm sorry to hear about the smokers on the 2nd floor, below you. The complex has security guards at night, and daytime staff who will give notice to people who are illegally smoking; I wonder to whom you complained, and why they weren't responsive to you, so that I can pursue this matter myself. Whenever we come to our condo, the no-smoking is rigidly enforced. I'm going to let the owners of the 2nd floor condo under us know that they had renters who did this! Amazing view, comfortable coastal get-away, well-stocked with all the amenities

What a view! We found this very comfortable and spacious coastal condo made for one of the most relaxing vacations we've had in while. From our morning coffee on the porch to our cocktails at sunset, we enjoyed the view of the lagoon and the ocean behind it. Great to be so close to the pool, hot tub, and beach!!! The unit is incredibly well stocked, we had everything we could have wanted to cook and enjoy meals together. We thought this was a good space for four and having two bathrooms was fantastic. We will certainly be back another year!

We have received many great responses about our amenities and the "little things" we include for our guests -- like coffee filters, sweeteners, napkins, plastic wrap, dish and laundry detergent, paper towels, and other things that guests normally would have to purchase -- as well as our well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the kids! Pointe Santo C36: Absolutely Amazing!!!

We wanted to take a special family trip this Summer and C-36 at Pointe Santo was absolutely spectacular-best condo we've ever stayed in! The amenities in our condo were awesome. I've never seen a home stocked like this condo. It was very clean and very well maintained. From booking, the owner was in constant touch with us offering us guidance, information and responding to any questions we may have. The check in process with Sanibel Holiday was seamless. There was everything we needed and more. I've never seen so many beach toys- the kids had so much fun:-) We had a spectacular view of the Gulf and a wonderful view of the pond and rest of the property. The island of Sanibel is beautiful. There are wonderful restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Cheeburger Cheeburger, Jerry's Cafe and Grandma Dot's. There are miles and miles of biking trails and the beaches are supreme. Our kids are 18, 15 and 11. The all agreed that this was the best vacations we've ever been on. Seriously, I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was. We highly recommend C-36 at Pointe Santo and we hope to come back often to Sanibel with family and friends. Evett and Bob Naperville, IL

Great location and perfect view. It had everything we needed for a wonderful stay! Beds were comfy and the “extras” (beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs) were a nice bonus! Owner was fantastic and had great communication.

Traveling to Sanibel was a sisters trip. Neither of us had been there before. Carol was very helpful in providing restaurant recommendations, also places that were of interest to check out. We had a little hiccup with the entry/door code to the condo. Carol, as well as onsite management had called and texted to let us know what was going on before our plane even landed. Traveling can make for a long ,stressful day but she helped to minimize that by staying on top of the situation. Everything within the condo was great: clean, updated, and definitely had the Florida beach feel-but it wasn’t over the top. Her communication was great and she stayed in touch with us the week we were there for anything we may have needed. Very accommodating and made our trip stress-free. We would definitely stay there again if we ever make it back to Sanibel. Great place to stay!

Bev and her sister were very understanding when our unique door entry code system suffered a hiccup. I appreciated their calm reaction to the work-around we offered.
