This is a wonderful condo. The layout is great, the kitchen is stocked, the bed/bath combo is great, the furniture and finishings are first class. The condo has easy access to the beach and pool. It also has a great location on the island. Just perfect.

The condo and furnishings were absolutely beautiful. Everything that you would need is provided. All you need to bring is your clothes!The host was very responsive to any questions that we had.We will be staying here again in the future.

Beautifully decorated and well equipped ground floor condo. Loved being able to go right out the lanai to the beach. Great stay for our family!

This property is well maintained and condo itself was impeccably clean, everything we needed was there. Had operating issue and called host, he responded quickly and was resolved. We enjoyed our stay and was very relaxing, which we needed. Thank you so much!!!

B3 Pointe Santo was wonderful! Clean, beautifully appointed, great location, everything advertised and more. Derek was an outstanding host. He made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

We loved this condo and the complex!The condo was beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was perfect because we visited the first week of October and the sand fleas were biting! LolLoved that the condo provided beach chairs, beach towels , shelling bags and some pool floats. Everything we needed was there. While the condo isn't right on the beach, it is steps away. Great view of the beach from the master bedroom and the lanai. First floor walkout was lovely and made it easy to get to the pool and beach. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful....right on the beach. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas and the bathrooms were very nice and clean. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. So convenient!Definitely planning on visiting again!

The property was great. It was very easy to go to the beach or pool. It was also a great location for restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had everything you would need. The host was very responsive to questions.

Girls Retreat

The condo was beautiful and the view to the Gulf was amazing. Short walk to both the pool and beach. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Absolutely perfect location. A beautiful updated condo with all the amenities provided for you. The host has beach and pool toys, and top of the line kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Great location with a less than 5 minute walk to beach and heated pool. Even though it’s not needed, it was nice to see security, walking the premises every night. We will definitely return.

Great place for a Sanibel vacation. Unit was clean, comfortable beds and linens, completely equipped including washer/dryer; first-floor lanai allowed us easy access to pool/beach/grills, and could see ocean from patio. Property was in great shape, pool clean, beach chairs and umbrellas and beach a short walk away. Pickle ball on site. We would stay again! Sanibel almost completely rebuilt after hurricanes, we enjoyed many restaurants, Tarpon Bay kayaking, fishing from the causeway, and biking.

We really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It was nice we did not need to bring beach chairs, beach towels, or umbrellas.as these were provided. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed every minute of our time spent at Point Santo- the condo was beautiful, had everything we needed with plenty of space to spread out and relax, and it was the easiest check in process ever. This location is perfect, you can walk out to the beach several times a day and not have to worry about driving, parking, and lugging all of your stuff out to the sand and then back to your vehicle. Super easy to get DoorDash, Walmart and Amazon deliveries, and the CVS is literally 1 mile away, so you can stay away from the business of Ft Meyers altogether if you’d like. Scooters pizza also delivers for another easy dinner option. The property feels very safe, I had no issues staying alone with my 3 daughters. This was our second year staying at Point Santo and the first at B3- we will definitely stay again if it’s available next year when we come. Thanks for having us!!

This was our family’s first trip back at Pointe Santo de Sanibel since Ian and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The unit was updated, clean and boasted many items of convenience; beach towels, chairs & umbrellas and a well-stocked kitchen for anyone interested in making meals. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable after long days on the water or at the beach!!
