Welcome to Pointe Santo B3! We are thrilled to announce that we are now accepting reservations! Welcome back to the island that has given so many memories!
Pointe Santo B3 is the perfect ground-floor unit to be on Sanibel Island. Imagine waking up every morning in the master bedroom with gorgeous views of the Gulf! The views from the lanai are even better! You can access the lanai from both the bedroom and the living room. The condo features an open concept layout, an immaculate, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island counter seating with 6 barstools.
This 2-bedroom, 2 bath gulf-side oasis boasts 1,326 square feet with plenty of room for you and your family and/or guests. The unit itself is steps from the sandy, shell-strewn beach. No long walks to get to the beach! Pointe Santo is located mid-island, very close to shopping, grocery, & restaurants, and easily accessible by bicycle! Come and enjoy all the beauty and convenience Pointe Santo B3 has to offer!!
Condo/Resort amenities include 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the Master Bath has his and her sinks)—1 King bed, 2 Full beds (sleeps 6), 3 Smart TVs, WIFI, and an in-suite washer and dryer. No Pets are allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels are included. This unit has beach chairs and beach towels.

Please note that some amenities, such as clubhouse activities and community grills, may not be accessible. We will provide updates as we receive new information from Pointe Santo.
A 7-night minimum rental is required. Saturday Check-In and Saturday Check-Out Only. This unit is non-smoking. We look forward to welcoming you to our place.

This property is well maintained and condo itself was impeccably clean, everything we needed was there. Had operating issue and called host, he responded quickly and was resolved. We enjoyed our stay and was very relaxing, which we needed. Thank you so much!!!

The property was great. It was very easy to go to the beach or pool. It was also a great location for restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the condo had everything you would need. The host was very responsive to questions.

Girls Retreat
The condo was beautiful and the view to the Gulf was amazing. Short walk to both the pool and beach. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Absolutely perfect location. A beautiful updated condo with all the amenities provided for you. The host has beach and pool toys, and top of the line kitchen supplied with all your cooking needs. Great location with a less than 5 minute walk to beach and heated pool. Even though it’s not needed, it was nice to see security, walking the premises every night. We will definitely return.

Great place for a Sanibel vacation. Unit was clean, comfortable beds and linens, completely equipped including washer/dryer; first-floor lanai allowed us easy access to pool/beach/grills, and could see ocean from patio. Property was in great shape, pool clean, beach chairs and umbrellas and beach a short walk away. Pickle ball on site. We would stay again! Sanibel almost completely rebuilt after hurricanes, we enjoyed many restaurants, Tarpon Bay kayaking, fishing from the causeway, and biking.

We really enjoyed this place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation. It was nice we did not need to bring beach chairs, beach towels, or umbrellas.as these were provided. Communication with the owner was great. We will definitely be back!

This was our family’s first trip back at Pointe Santo de Sanibel since Ian and it definitely exceeded our expectations! The unit was updated, clean and boasted many items of convenience; beach towels, chairs & umbrellas and a well-stocked kitchen for anyone interested in making meals. We all agreed the beds were very comfortable after long days on the water or at the beach!!

Point Santo 5 stars
This property is in a fantastic location, literally a 3 second walk to either the beach or pool. It's also a 2 minute drive to the main road of Sanibel and it extremely quiet. The unit itself is set up very well for a wonderful island stay and the owners were quick to respond to any questions/needs.

The place itself was new and well done, very comfortable. Had a little problem with the door lock and the agent/owner? immediately responded with the fix. Great location.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, and a lot of care and detail went into its design. Everything seemed fresh and brand new and was finished to a very high standard. The location was perfect. Probably a 3 minute walk past the nice pool and we were at the beach. The owner was very helpful and easy to work with as well. He responded quickly to any questions I had. We definitely look forward to coming back again some day!

We were beyond impressed with this condo. The owner did a fantastic job with every detail of the condo. The kitchen and appliances were very nice and impressed with the high end choices.The decor is really pretty and all the furniture so comfy.The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms were so impressive felt like a spa experience. The owners/hosts are so nice and were great to communicate with arranging our stay. My husband and I both agree we have found our new favorite unit at Pointe Santo de Sanibel B3! We definitely look forward to staying here again next summer!Thanks to the owners/hosts for creating the perfect vacation home away from home!
