Beautiful property

House is huge with modern architecture. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Quick response from host. Lake is beautiful. Lots of different spaces inside and out to relax or watch TV. Unfortunately hot tub was out of order during our stay. The house just needs a little TLC to reach perfection.

Perfect for our group!

We loved our long weekend at this house! It is such a neat house with so many cool features that we kept finding throughout our stay. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. I would definitely recommend!

Annual gathering of 15 friends dating back over 60 years…beginning in kindergarten. Estate On The Lake was the perfect venue and vista for a sensational gathering. Class and comfort in every direction. Thanks greatly, Nick!

Great location but Renter BEWARE!

Railings on loft & deck not to code/unsafe. Careful if you have kids! Soft spots on deck covered by carpet. Tub in main bed does not plug/work. Maintenance answer "yeah that motor burned out & doesn’t work". The hot tub does not heat "yeah its not been working". We debated on sending a message & suggesting they take care of items instead of this review. Everyone deserves a chance to make it right. Great location & if items were handled we would book again. We got a message from Nick blaming him for damage to the bottom of a jetski rented. We never brought them out of the water, we could not see the condition they were in prior. They were only ran on water & docked. We have asked him to provide evidence that they were not in this condition when rented. He has not. We sent time stamped pics of when we docked & put keys in their place. I have pics of them sitting covered & in place late Thur night still docked & covered, he is saying we left them uncovered & 1 floating off the dock. We always respect where we stay.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Its such a wonderful home to gather family and friends. It was a three day retreat with a wedding in the end. Two families got to meet and become friends. Amenities are great...jet skis, pontoon boat, kayaks, beautiful outdoors with a 180 view of the lake. It worked out just as we planned. Perfect place to get away. We are planning on gathering the same group next Sept there.

Amazing space for family and friends gathering!

This property was laid out in beautifully functional way for a large group. Entertaining was a breeze as was finding a secluded place in the middle of a big crowd. Being able to include the four legged family members was a huge bonus. The pool was clean and thoroughly enjoyed even in spotty weather . The property is older and could use a deep clean but the beds were clean and comfortable and all bath areas were clean.We enjoyed the boat and wished it had navigation lights for an evening cruise… Overall. We enjoyed our stay in this house and would stay here again.

A time capsule to host large groups.

We rented this house for a group of 14 from newborn to 65. Everyone absolutely loved the property. We were able to spread out in the 7 bedrooms. This house was built in 89 and hasn’t changed much since, honestly it adds to the experience. This is the first rental home where I actually was excited to learn more about the home and back story. Our group had so much fun hanging out on the main level playing pool and darts. The pool was heated which was very nice. The home comes with a pontoon and you can rent jet skis for an additional charge. The property manager responded to everything really quickly. It was a great place to stay and I would absolutely come back. A few things to note, there are no bedrooms on the ground level. The railings are from the 80s and have pretty wide openings so we had to watch the kids closely when on the deck. Also there isn’t a fence around the pool. Those weren’t issues for us during our stay but just things we hadn’t considered before the trip. For the price I don’t think you will find a better deal in the lake!

Clemson Weekend

We had a huge crew of 19 and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The house is large enough with so many things to do, we never felt crowded. The master bedroom is incredible. Only took 20 mins to get to Clemson.

Family reunion

This was our second year in a row staying in this large house for our annual family reunion. We are booked to be there again next year as it is the perfect house for our large family. So many beds as well as plenty of spaces to set up inflatable mattresses if needed. Quiet areas can be found if anyone needs to set up a work space or engage in zoom calls. Nick is an incredible person to deal with. He responds to questions almost immediately and is always available remotely. He even offered use of his personal boat if needed to help us find my grandson who was lost on the lake. Even though the house needs a lot of cosmetic repairs it is in my opinion the best on the lake for the money. Beautiful, spacious and clean.

Great property and communication

We stayed at this property for a week along with three other families for a total of 17 people ranging from age 7 to 53. For our purposes, I don’t know that the property could have been much better. Having the pontoon boat on site and being able to rent JetSki’s from the property owner made the processes easy and streamlined. Issues often arise at rental properties, and there were a few things that we needed to have addressed. The property manager and owner were extremely accessible and quick to respond to our communications and handle any problems. Perhaps the property is not quite as glamorous as some of the photos, but it is an incredible property with amenities you don’t find at most rentals. Everyone in our group (including the teenagers) said they had a great time and would stay here again. I’m certain we’ll be back!

Plenty of Room for Everyone

Expansive home with all the bedrooms and baths our group could possibly want. Lots of room for multiple activities simultaneously. Fully functional kitchen. Great pool and Pontoon boat. Absolutely beautiful views from the home on a surprisingly quiet lake.

Gorgeous lake view

We loved the pool & outdoor living. Kayaked, went to the Lighthouse Restaurant on the pontoon boat and listened to the frogs at night. Quiet and peaceful!

Family vacation on the lake

This house accommodated our family of 14 very well! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Everyone had their own area with full bathrooms, and plenty of room to gather for games and activities. Didn’t have to worry about buying garbage bags, zip loc baggies, toilet paper, dish or laundry detergent the whole week. We used all the amenities including the jet skis, which just made the trip. The views are absolutely beautiful! Nick was great with communication, and was very gracious in his efforts to make sure we were happy with our stay. much appreciated Nick! A plus! Would return most definitely!

This was an absolutely amazing vacation property. The views are stunning. The property manager was prompt when any issue came up. We had a few minor issues come up and they were all handled immediately my Nick and Marcin. The house does need some upkeep, however the views and service more than make up for it. Very private setting with the most amazing views. House is well supplied to just come and relax. Close by to many thigs but you feel secluded.

FANTASTIC STAY

THE HOUSE layout was amazing, pool jacuzzi lake grill firepitts what more do you need?!?! If you're skeptical book it! Boat 2 jet ski ON SITE! Zero problems from neighbors, they were actually very friendly! Looking to go back later on this year
