This apartment was perfect for my husband and me!! It was exactly as described and very clean.This was the first trip we’ve taken alone, without the kids or other couples. We enjoyed the beach and Baytowne Wharf Village.The location was perfect, as we were able to exit the lobby and were right in the middle of the village.The host was extremely responsive and so kind.Check-in was easy, just pay attention to your messages from the host so you see all of the pertinent information. We had an absolutely beautiful week and will definitely return!

Great place to stay!

The condo was great! I really liked the location and there was a lot to do. It was really great to be able to walk to different places if you didn’t want to drive anywhere. Will be booking again in the future

Great Weekend Getaway

The property was great, it was very clean and has a great porch. It’s very centrally located and convenient to Baytowne and a short drive to the beach. The pool at the property was great on the day it was a little overcast.

Not our first stay, repeat stay. Clean and the best location. Everything you or kiddos could want, seriously within 3 mins walk or catch the tram! Night time family, or late night adult hangouts right out back. You can trust this Host.

This is one of the best days we have ever experienced. .Great location, great amenities. The home was extra clean in comparison to all rentals we have stayed in. The home is exactly as described if not better..

We were delighted with the property. The location was perfect for us. This was our first visit here. I would recommend more details for parking and the location of the lobby entrance, as it took us some time to find our way to the condo. We spoke with other first-time visitors who experienced the same struggle upon their arrival.We look forward to returning next year!

Fun place!

This condo is located in Observation North which is right in the middle of the activity. It is super easy to get in and out of the building. We parked and never had to move the car. Everything worked as expected.

Baytowne Warfe

Corner units- patio was great. Little loud if something was going on at the awards but nothing out of hand. Only suggestion would be to have paper products available - we had no paper towels or TP. Location was great, pool was nice, grounds were nice. Lots to do. Owner was easy to get a hold of with any questions we had.

Comfy and cozy

Aside from the listing saying it sleeps 4, which it does in a painful way, this rental was fantastic. Great location, nicely decorated, well-equipped with all the comforts of home. Was a great place to call homebase while visiting the area. The sleeping situation is comfortable for a family with small-to-teenage children, however I wouldn't be happy had we taken four adults expecting accommodations for all. Would we stay again though? Absolutely yes.

The size and cleanliness are good the toliet was broken upon arrival we contacted the owner twice and it was never fixed. The coffee pot does not work

ok but noisy during the week

They were doing upgrades to the outside of the buildings and also had the leaf blowers going early in the morning during the week which made it a noisy two weeks.

Great location. Property was as described. Unit number and property was not clearly communicated in listing and check-in instructions. Caused delays with security and finding unit. Bed needed new mattress. Otherwise, enjoyed our stay.

Nice getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Miles’ property. Miles was very easy to deal with and available. He allowed us to check in early, but we were unable to get out of town in time. We never left Baytowne. We are in our early 30s and enjoyed the day and night life. The pool was relaxing and nice, so we decided not to go to the beach. It was the perfect getaway from our COVID filled work days. Thanks Miles!

SENIORS IN BAYTOWNE WHARF

the area itself is so much fun... with bars, restaurants and shops right at your doorstep..... shopping is nearby which I made good use of..... March break can be a little wild but knew it was a safe place to be. Would love to come down again but the weather was unpredicable and the pool was not heated but lovely grounds and very clean. Instructions left in condo need to be updated which I'm sure will be done by the owner..... Thankyou
