Tucked down a country lane, sweeping countryside views abound in this rural location yet it is within easy driving distance of the Romanesque town of Pollença. This stunning setting is the perfect place to explore the outstanding northern coastline of Mallorca without the need to venture too far from this pastoral country home.
Traditional Spanish features and modern furnishings combine to create a homely feel with bright, welcoming interiors in this cosy abode. Exposed stone work and high slanted ceilings offer unique features to this country retreat.
Bursting with colour, the pretty gardens and stunning panoramic countryside views offer the perfect atmosphere in which to relax and detach oneself from daily mundane rituals. With a choice of covered and sunny terraces, lazy hours slip by uninterrupted whilst al fresco meals can be relished, making full use of the large in-built barbecue. Taking front and centre stage, the inviting pool has Roman steps for easy access and offers views to the rolling hills beyond.
Within a short drive, the old town of Pollença is brimming with numerous restaurants to suit all tastes, shops and cafés. Held every Sunday morning, the market is a highlight of the week and not to be missed. Colourful and bustling stalls offer everything from locally grown fresh fruit and vegetables to crafted goods and souvenirs. Port de Pollença is home to an expansive stretch of sandy beach – perfect for a family day out. The famous Pine Walk is lined with tasteful restaurants serving tapas and chilled drinks, with views to the bay and yachting marina.
Due to the interior layout of this property it is not recommended for those with walking difficulties. Air conditioning usage (12 hours per day) is included in the rental rate: 17:30h - 19:30h and 22:00h - 09:00h. Property Licence No: ETV0214
Please note that in addition to the property rental there is a local tourist tax to pay for all visitors aged 16 and over. €2.00 (€2.20 incl.
