Lovely place, right on the Royal Mile. Great size apartment, comfortable rooms. Make note it’s over looking the Royal Mile so there is some noise as it is a busy spot.

Being in town for the Fringe festival allowed us to relax and observe the street performers through the living room windows. This perfect location gave us hours of entertainment! The property was as represented and we will definitely rebook this listing the next time we visit!

Fantastic place! Clean and comfortable space and the location could not be better! En suite bathroom shower is a bit small but that would be the only very minor issue I can report. We loved it and highly recommend!

It was wonderful to have such a spacious and well equipped flat as our base of our stay in Edinburgh. We had one small problem with the oven which they promptly came and fixed.

You can’t find an apartment any closer to the Royal mile. Lots of restaurants, taverns, Scottish stores and tours are right outside your front door. The apartment was spacious and clean.

What a wonderful apartment! Right on the Royal Mile, perfect location. The home was beautiful, well maintained, the meet up smooth and we felt very much at home. We would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The location couldn’t have been better! The bedding and linens were so comfortable and the property is very spacious. It’s perfect for 4! Every time we went back to the property we felt so blessed we were staying there!

My family just got back from a week long stay in Edinburgh and this place felt like our home away from home! We loved everything about this place! The couches were comfy, the beds were cozy, it was very clean, had everything we needed, even oscillating fans, which we can’t sleep without, and the location could have not been better! You are literally in the heart of everything! We walked to so many attractions and if you need an Uber or taxi, they literally pick you up right in front of the door! Very convenient! Super safe area too! If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would!

The rental was very clean and at "the perfect location to see everything" according to a local. It was more spacious than we expected, had lots of natural light, and was very comfortable. The rental was perfect and added to our enjoyment of our vacation.

Perfect location on Royal Mile

Loved everything about this place. Location is the best you will find and the flat was perfect. Kitchen had everything you would need and the bedrooms were spacious and well decorated. Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable stay at this lovely apartment in the heart of Edinburgh. So very convenient to all attractions. The bedrooms were a nice size. The living and dining areas are spacious. Very happy with our experience. It is a busy street, but the convenience is excellent. Property managers were very responsive.

Spacious and great location!

The flat had plenty of space for three of us. Excellent amenities. Location close to sights, including Edinburgh Castle. Great people watching from the large windows looking out on Parliament Square, the City Chambers and St. Giles’ Cathedral. Looking forward to renting here again!
