We had an amazing stay! The accommodations were excellent as well as a perfect location! The host Robin was very solicitous and helpful. We wanted for nothing!

Perfect location, close to transit, many choices of restaurants, and yet tucked into a very private and relaxing setting. Well-equipped and beautifully decorated home for our 3 night stay. Highly recommend!

Location was close to restaurants, the tram and many tourist attractions. Great neighborhood restaurants. Frequent communication - including local recommendations - and the hosts shared lots of information about the area and travel books were available at the apartment. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful during our trip.

Wonderful....comfy, cozy and tastefully appointed. Loved the kitchen and enjoyed preparing several meals in it. Location was spot on....it was right in the center of all the things we wanted to do and see. When we come back to Edinburgh, we will definitely book this venue again. ...and the host's homemade shortbread cookies were delicious

Our stay here was quite simply outstanding in every respect. The property is exactly as described, and is finished to a very high standard, with lots of small touches which made our stay feel special (pillow spray, a pint of milk, tea and coffee and a bottle of Prosecco sound good? They were all on hand when we arrived!). Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent, and our host's recommendations for left luggage allowed us to enjoy our day of departure with ease. The location is incredible - a quiet street just moment's walk from everything Edinburgh city centre has to offer.Quite simply, staying here was a total pleasure and easily the best short-term rental property we've ever stayed in.

We stayed in Robin's property for 6 nights, and found it thoroughly enjoyable. Great location for access to public transportation, multitude of cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and nice walking area. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds, lots of room to put things, and a very nice kitchen and living room.

This was a fabulous property. Fully equipped with everything you need and more. Host was fantastic to communicate with and the location was perfect! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Beautiful house, great location 10 minute walk from Royal Mile. The host gave lots of recommendations for restaurants etc. Our favorite was Olive Tree about 5 minutes walk from the house. Great coffee at Santu Coffee in the next street. Nice touches including homemade shortbread, bottle of Prosecco in the fridge and fresh flowers. Highly recommended.

This apartment is large, beautiful, uniquely decorated, well appointed. I highly recommend a stay. Convenient to so many sights, shopping, and restaurants. Robin, the host is quick to respond and simply wonderful with whom to work. The front garden is an awesome added touch!!!It would be lovely to visit again.Linda

Our accommodation was simply brilliant. We felt very much at home, had someone to contact whenever we needed to, and everything was in excellent condition.The location is phenomenal – quiet yet central and safe. We would come back again.

Perfect location...close to the heart of the city yet quiet enough to be away from it all. The home was spotless, well equipped and spacious. Attention to the little details was very much appreciated. We had a small problem with the hot water and Robin was quick to respond and had the issue resolved easily. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
