This 4th-row North Forest Beach home boasts classic heart pine wood floors and is styled in coastal elegance. Located off North Forest Beach, 19 Egret is just a few steps to the ocean and a short walk Coligny Plaza.

Upon entering the home, you are greeted with a warm foyer with seating. Off to the left is the entrance to the kitchen, featuring gourmet appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen breakfast bar has seating for 6 and is open to the living room. The living room has plenty of seating and a flat-screen TV. Off the living room are several doors to the wrap-around covered porch. Next, you will find the large dining table with a full bench and seating for 5 more in chairs.

Just past the dining room is the queen guest bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a cozy chair. There is a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination just outside the door to the bedroom. To the right of the entry are the other guest bedrooms. The 1st features 2 sets of bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The attached master en-suite bathroom has all the space you can ask for with his and her vanities, private tub, shower, and bench for getting ready in the morning.

The private back yard has a large 12' x 24' pool with lounge chairs and a dining area for al fresco dining. Just off the pool are a ping pong table and a gas grill. The real gem of 19 Egret is the wrap-around covered porch with ample seating, a hammock, and rockers leaving no real reason to have to leave the house for the perfect afternoon.
