This town home style villa features beautiful water views from your private deck on the 11-mile lagoon in Palmetto Dunes.
The bedrooms are set up as follows:
*Primary bedroom on main level has a king bed
*Guest bedroom on main level has a king bed
*Guest bedroom on 2nd level has a king bed
*Guest bedroom on 2nd level has 2 bunk beds and a twin bed (sleeps 3 in beds)
There are 3 full baths, 2 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor.
Captain's Cove is part of the Oceanfront Captain's Walk complex across the street. Walk 2 minutes out your front door to access the gorgeous beaches in Palmetto Dunes. Captain's Cove guests are able to enjoy the spacious oceanfront pool at Captain's Walk as well as the grill areas by the pool. Additional grill areas (charcoal) are located in between each Captain's Cove building, making it easy to enjoy a nice meal at home. The pool is open from March 1st - November 30th and is heated from March 1st - April 30th and October 1st - November 30th. During the closed season the deck is still open for use. The kids' pool I open April 1st - September 30th.
This unique property offers tranquility on your back deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon, while being so close to everything Palmetto Dunes has to offer! Steps to the beach, biking trails, tennis, pickleball, golf, restaurants, etc. The Omni Hotel is across the street offering a coffee shop/market and world-class restaurants.
Each villa has 2 assigned parking spaces right in front, making it easy to bring in your luggage and groceries. If you need additional parking you can park across the street in the Captain's Walk complex. Palmetto Dunes will charge $35 for each weekly parking pass.

Excellent location with quick and easy access to the beach. The villa was well equipped and comfortable for our family. And the host communicated well throughout the process.

The property is delightfully situated on the lagoon in back. The walk to the pool is just a couple of minutes, and just a minute or two longer to the beach. Mara was a welcoming host, immediately responsive both before and during our stay.

Beautiful, freshly renovated home. Great location. Close to the beach and other amenities. Host was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property, and we look forward to staying a third time! I appreciate the owner's attention to detail to make her guests feel comfortable. We did not want for anything. It is very short walk to the pool and beach which was perfect for us. It was really only a 3-5 minute walk before our feet hit the sand. We visit Hilton Head a few times a year and this is one of our favorite places to stay.

Excellent Property. It was updated with two new sofas and a new living room area rug this year and many other amenities. The property appeared freshly painted with no marks on the walls. It is always well kept and well maintained.Additionally, everything you need to enjoy yourselves at the beach is there to help.Great location too!

House and stay was excellent only downside was construction beside us (so hammering and sawing starting early in morning) not ideal for sleeping in on vacation. This will of course be short term.

Excellent place to stay. Beds are great and the kitchen was exceptional for space. We totally enjoyed the short walk to the beach.

Great location
Just as nice as it looks in the pictures. Great location-so close to the beach and an easy walk to the Omni Hotel, which has a nice coffee/snack shop. Super clean. Would 100% stay there again.

Perfect Family Vacation!
Had a wonderful stay with daughters and family! Villa was very family friendly and had everything any of us wanted!! Loved the location on the lagoon and proximity to the beach plus beach chairs, toys, etc.!!

Check in couldn't have been easier, and the location couldn't have been better. Our whole family, including our adult children's friends and significant others, loved the condo, accessibility to the beach and pool, the lagoon in back, the board games, the grills next to the pool, etc etc. We will be back!

Great location
We love Palmetto Dunes area but this was the best place we have stayed! So peaceful on the lagoon and easy walk to beach and pool. Place was large enough for our group of 9 and the kitchen perfectly stocked for any type of cooking you want to do. Will definitely stay here again.

Great vacation home!
This is a beautiful and spacious villa. Wonderful location, comfortable space, and a lovely view. We have enjoyed renting this villa for many years now. It is a wonderful place to call home for a week in Hilton Head!

After running 2 other successful rental properties in Palmetto Dunes we are excited to be part of the unique Captain's Cove community. We live in Chicago and visit Palmetto Dunes as much we can!

#491 Captain's Cove is peaceful and serene on the back deck overlooking the lagoon, and when you leave the front deck your toes are in the sand in less than 2 minutes! It is the best of both worlds!

The two large decks, one in the front and one in the back, are what sold us on this home. You can find sun or shade anytime! We also love the large eat-in kitchen, as well as having additional bedrooms upstairs. Lots of space for the family to spread out! Captain's Cove is part of the oceanfront Captain's Walk complex across the street, so you are able to enjoy all of the amenities of the oceanfront pool and grill area, while enjoying the quiet serenity on the lagoon. An added benefit is you have 2 designated parking places right in front of the villa, so no stairs or elevators to bring in your luggage or groceries!
