Large Family home with new 80" 4K tv is located in Highlands Falls Country Club with lots of privacy, Gated. It has a unique floor plan with master suite, and 2 additional bedrooms and 3 baths all on the main level plus a lower family room with a large 4th bedroom suite and large deck off the back. The 5th bedroom loft is perfect for kids. Our home is great for couples, Large families (with kids), trained pet is ok upon approval. High speed internet and cable included. Coffee maker and Keurig included. Newer outdoor hot tub and gas grill. Free high speed WIFI. Very clean.
No Parties please. This is a very upscale area and home. We do not allow parties.

New for 2022 – New Kitchen appliances, New 80” 4k tv, New Smoke Detectors, New CO detectors, New toilets, Mold free sealed basement, New outdoor grill, New Hot Tub (2022), New Furnace, New central AC unit, Newly painted outside and inside in 2022, 2 new Garage door openers, new towels and wash clothes, new ceiling fans, upgraded internet, New Front load washer and dryer.

Loved this peaceful location for a week with our family. The host, Larry, is quick to communicate and his home is spacious and well-appointed. We appreciated the pet policy, the fully-equipped kitchen, and availability of soap, tissue, etc.

The house had everything you could want with comfortable beds, message chair, bathroom adjoining every bedroom, fireplace, printer, air dryer, toaster, kuerig, etc. Larry was very accommodating and helpful. Great place for a family of 6 adults and 3 teenagers. Everyone enjoyed having their own room.

Highland Falls

Very spacious and comfortable house in a great location only a few short minutes to downtown Highlands. Larry, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights 07/26 with our kids & grandkids. This house was great - it was very well equipped, and had everything we needed to cook, grill, and enjoy family time. The deck and large dining room table were both perfect for playing games. The hot tub was also a hit. The primary suite right off the main living area had a large TV & sitting area of its own, so the kids could watch a movie and still be close to the adults. This house is in a beautifully kept, gated golf course community that is conveniently located close to downtown Highlands. Village Green Park & Playground is also close by. We really appreciated that Larry (the owner) was easy to reach, very responsive & helpful. We would definitely rent this home again. A summary of the layout: Entry to the home is through the garage, which opens into the lower sitting area, a king bedroom with bathroom, and an outdoor deck with hot tub. The main floor of the house, (kitchen, main living & dining areas, primary suite & bath, 2 additional bedrooms & bathrooms, laundry room, grill & outdoor dining table,) is accessible via stairs leading up from the garage. Above the main floor living area is a loft with two twin beds, a trundle bed, and another full bathroom.

Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for nine adults who were in Highlands for a family wedding. The layout of the home and the fact that each bedroom has an attached bathroom made it great for several adults to get ready for a wedding. Home was very well stocked with everything we needed!

Great Property

We came on a family vacation to this oasis in the mountains. Larry the property owner was easy to get ahold of and very helpful with what we needed. This property was in a beautiful gated community and just 5 minutes from downtown Highlands. The house is perfect for a family with ample space and all the comforts of home. We look forward to return one day.

Lovely Highlands Home

This is a lovely, spacious home in the Highlands Falls area. Great for a large family. Very convenient to downtown Highlands (about a 7 minute drive). Large outdoor deck with BBQ, lounges and dining table is wonderful. Kitchen is very well equipped. Great walking area too. Owner, Larry, is very responsive to questions and was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Our family really enjoyed this home! It's very comfortable with an en-suite bath for every bedroom and three separate heating-cooling zones (my parents really liked having their own level so they could set the temp. warmer than everyone else!) The kitchen/living area was large enough for all 10 of us to gather comfortably. The hot tub was nice after a day of hiking or shopping. The location is ideal in a gated community only a few minutes from downtown Highlands. Larry was also excellent to work with!

Comfortable well equipped home

Our family truly enjoyed this spacious 5 BR 5 Bath home. It’s in a quiet secluded neighborhood. Has a wonderful walking road with very little traffic. Very close to Highlands and Cashiers. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large array of condiments and spices. Plenty of supplies for the bathrooms and kitchen. We enjoyed eating in the dinning room and on the the porch. We will return next year.

Christmas in Highlands

This property was perfect for our family of ten. The weather did not co-operate, but it was no big deal since there was so much to do in this beautiful home. The 3 teenagers loved the X-Box downstairs and the 8-year old really enjoyed the hot tub. The home is beautifully furnished, bedding is comfortable and the kitchen has new appliances and is well supplied. The community is lovely and feels very safe with its gated entrance. Our host, Larry, made us feel welcome and gave us the feeling he wanted us to enjoy our visit. We didn't have to ask for anything because everything we needed was provided. I would definitely recommend this home to others and hope we can come to Highlands and stay there again..

House was great, very specious rooms and Everything was as advertised. Located in a private community but only a short drive to the downtown Highlands area. The house was stocked with everything.

Wonderful Highlands Stay

My family has been renting in the Highlands since the 1990’s and have seen the good and the bad of online rentals. Let me say, you will NOT be disappointed with this home. It is everything that was advertised in the listing and MORE! Home was spacious over 3 levels and provided our large family with plenty of space so we never felt like we were on top of one another while also having plenty of space for the family to gather. The home is fully accessorized with everything you would need at your own home and the owners have thought of seemingly everything. The home is minutes from Main Street in downtown Highlands and the owners were very gracious, communicated well and were great to deal with. This property is top notch and would highly recommend for your Highlands trip.

Small sorority get together

The house is very spacious and well equipped with first rate appliances. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice! The 70inch tv in the living room is great! We had a problem with the fireplace not working properly and the owner tried very hard to find someone to repair it. He was very nice and concerned.
