THE PROPERTY

GROUND FLOOR: The beautifully styled interior flows seamlessly from room to room, with calm coastal tones creating a relaxing environment for your coastal escape. The ground floor features three more bedrooms.

- Bedroom 1 with ensuite, has king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and Netflix TV. En-suite with rainfall shower, heated towel rail, basin and WC.

- Bedroom 2, has two adult singles - ‘on request’ these can made as a super king, wardrobe, Netflix TV and provides access to the garden.
- Bedroom 3, is a twin room with 2ft 6in single beds, that’s perfect for children and a chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 4 with ensuite, as mentioned is on the first floor.
- Main family bathroom, high-quality finish with bath and overhead shower, basin and WC.
- Airing cupboard and understairs cupboard provide plenty of coat and storage space.
- Separate utility room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink with access to the garage. Coat racks to dry your wetsuits.

Professionally designed and landscaped, with raised flower beds and plants selected to a coastal design brief, create a sanctuary of peace and blissfulness.
Decking area with outdoor sofas make for a great spot for a barbecue with the family or for a quiet moment with a cup of tea and a book.
The outdoor shower (hosepipe) with hot and cold, is perfect for washing away the sea and sand after a day at the beach, in the surf and any muddy paws.
The wooden football table is guaranteed to delight both young and old.


CHILD FRIENDLY
- Stairgate, 2x high chairs and a travel cot can be found in the cupboard.
- 2x blackout blinds (provided) can be stuck onto either bedroom window.
- Hypo-allergenic bedding and pillows are used throughout Aspen.

DOG FRIENDLY
- Dogs are welcomed at Aspen
- Fully enclosed ‘dog proof’ garden
- Dog towels & bowls are provided by the front door
- Dog blankets are provided for use in the lounge
- Hot and cold outside hose provides a warm shower to wash furry friends down before entering the property.
- Westward Ho! Is a dog-friendly beach all year round - the whole beach from October to May and half the beach in the Summer (which still gives kilometres of beach walking).

OUTSIDE
Aspen has a private drive for one car, plus a garage for a second car with further unrestricted parking in the private road Aspen is located in.
Secure single car garage, with electric up & over door, easily fits a medium to large car, ideal for storing bikes, golf clubs, prams and surfboards, etc.
It has electric sockets accessible for EV car charging.
