After visiting Hoyochi Nikko for 20 years we decided to purchase our own piece of paradise in this ocean front ground floor beauty. Hoyochi Nikko is a small 18 unit complex, so you do not have the large crowds that Hotels and Larger complexes have. In fact, a lot of the time you will feel as though you have the entire complex all to yourself.

The unit has been fully remodeled with new tile floors, quartz countertops, a new shower and all new furniture.

It sits within 100 feet of the Pacific Ocean and is a perfect place to sit on your Lanai and admire the beautiful Hawaiian water and whale watch.

The unit is also furnished with everything you will need for your holiday. We have 2 swim assist devices hanging in the closet.

Hoyochi Nikko is a smoke free facility. There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

Needed to get away for some R&R and this condo was perfect. Brought my mom and we had a wonderful time laying around and doing nothing but read a good book and stare at the ocean. Very peaceful, quiet, clean and everyone is friendly.

We had the best stay! The view is incredible and we loved having a quieter pool and beach than if we were staying at a large hotel or at a complex with more units - ideal. The AC (located in the bedroom) works well, which is always important. We really enjoyed the lanai and then being able to walk straight down to the water, where we spotted a sea turtle. Brad was a helpful and communicative host. We recommend!

The condo is amazing. The proximity to the pool and beach couldn’t be better and the view is outstanding. It is very well stocked with all essential items, no need to purchase anything. There is beach gear to use - boogie boards, noodles, etc. The only caveat is the parking, the height is only 5’ 7” so only rent a car that is not over that. But other than that, it’s an amazing place to stay. We will definitely be returning next year.

Great stay at a great place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at Hoyochi Nikko! The first floor unit was perfect for easy access to the pool and ocean front area. The unit had everything you would ever need plus more. I highly reco.mend this property!

We have stayed at Hoyochi Nikko many times and we have never been disappointed in our unit that is very comfortable, well stocked and is close to the ocean! The owner is a pleasure to work with and he is very responsive to our needs.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view was incredible, the complex manager Allyn was so helpful and informative, the kitchen well stocked and the complex is conveniently located to so many favorite spots in West Maui.

Slice of Heaven

Very nice quiet place to stay in Maui, but still close to everything. The best snorkeling right outside the door, turtles come right up to you.

Great Stay

This condo met all of our expectations. It was great for two people with great access to the beach and pool. There was a well equipped kitchen, nice bathroom with large walk in shower, comfortable king size bed and with more then adequate furniture in the living room area.

A Piece Of Paradise

Amazing views

If you are looking for a place to hang out and enjoy the Ocean than this is the place for you. Breath taking views of the Ocean from the lanai and from the pool. Condo was quite and clean. Would highly recommend staying at the Hoyochi Nikko.
