Wish we had better prepared ourselves for the 100 steps to get to this top floor apartment (wish we packed less!) but the view was amazing and the location was perfect for exploring the town. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again when visiting Edinburgh.

The place location couldnt have been any better for the Tattoo! The place was clean, had all the needed amenities with the bed very comfortable and great shower! Definitely will cone back.

Wonderful stay close to the castle and various points of interest. We are a fit family so the four floors of stairs were managed with luggage. No elevator so just be aware if mobility issues

Great Location Right Next to the Castle

Lovely apt with great views and extremely convenient to the Royal Mile and Old Town.

Great Location

Great location and the space was perfect for the four of us. Very close to the castle but not too far from groceries, restaurants or transit.

Lovely stay, as advertised

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. The stairs are not for the faint of heart:) but very doable and the flat fit our needs just fine!

The apartment location was as close to Edinburgh castle as you can get, with restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. The rooms and the view were beautiful. The only difficulty was getting up the stairs to the apartment with our luggage, but it was worth the stairs for the views.

The spiral stairs to the top floor are a lot (which is transparently mentioned in the description) and very narrow. BUT - it is so worth it! The apartment was super-clean and updated. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice. Towels and toiletries were provided for every person. The living/dining was very cozy with plenty of room and seating. And the views from the apartment were phenomenal. The location is right next to Edinburgh Castle, the start of the Royal Mile, Victoria Street (aka Diagon Alley), and Old Town/Grassmarket area. Lots of shops and restaurants very close by - some just literally across the street. We had a great time and would highly recommend this apartment.

Stay in Edinburgh

We had a lovely stay and the apartment was great. The stairs up are not for the faint of heart but my 80 year old mother could do them without issue. Loved the location and would definitely stay there again.

This location and its views are incredible! We were thrilled to be directly next to the castle and Old Town. The only drawback is that there are 4 flights of winding steps up to the apartment, which is stated clearly in the desciption; however, it is quite a lot. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to recover from jet lag

Well appointed apartment, close to the train station and well equipped. A little noisy at night from foot traffic and no views but comfortable and we were able to walk everywhere without issue.

Epic view of Edinburgh castle…was worth the 102 steps up the stairs to the room. Could use additional hand rail on wall side of spiral staircase. Very cool older building. The wind whistled up there…beautiful views.

Location is great. View of castle beautiful. Nice layout and comfortable beds. Kitchen had most of what we needed. No great coffee maker. Directions to the address should be a little clearer.And lots and lots of stairs - so not great for all. Overall, a very nice place and would highly recommend.

Fantastic apartment overlooking the Castle in Edinburgh Well appointed, nice beds, tremendous view. Be warned 103 steps on a spiral staircase. Well worth the view

The property is very nice. Wi-Fi worked well. Fantastic location. Those 4 flights of stairs are no joke though! The check-in/boarding pass is confusing and difficult to maneuver. Liked the info it gives, just a pain to have to get to all of the time.The beds were comfortable. Lots of towels and good bedding.

This is a fantastic flat in a great part of old town Edinburgh. You can't beat its proximity to the castle and Grassmarket. The beds are very comfortable the kitchen is small, but complete and the views are excellent. The only downside is that the flat is on the top floor with no lift. It's not suitable if you have a lot of heavy luggage. If you're going to stay here, pack light.
