If you are looking for a central apartment and wanting to experience historical Edinburgh then this is the place to be. This fantastic apartment is located in the Grassmarket area of Edinburgh just a stones through from Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Mile. There are a great selection of pubs, restaurants, antique shops etc on your doorstep. This apartment is available for Self Catering & Holiday Lets, Short Term & Corporate Lets, City & Weekend Breaks and the Festival.

The apartment has been stylishly decorated throughout and consists of two double bedrooms, one a very large master bedroom. The good size living room contains a large corner sofa and is open to the fully equipped brand new modern kitchen, which has a breakfast table.
There is a winding staircase to get to the front door so the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues.
Additional facilities included in this property consist of a large LCD TV, DVD Player, WiFi Internet access, Telephone, Microwave, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer.

This property was in a brilliant location at the bottom of the grass market. we could watch the street entertainment from the windows during the Fringe Festival.There are loads of restaurants and bars on your doorstep.

The location is right in the middle of the Old Town and main tourist attractions, which is very convenient. The apartment is spacious with a very well equiped, and large, kitchen. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby. Naturally, the area is very busy, so lighter sleepers may want some earplugs and a sleep mask.

The location was perfect! The flat itself was nice inside. It can be very noisy due to the restaurant downstairs, emptying bottles and rubish etc. But the location absolutely makes this flat a good rental.

What a lovely apartment. It was spotless. The kitchen was well appointed and beds were so comfortable. It was very nice for five ladies.The location was perfect, so close to the "royal mile". It is definitely somewhere I would stay again. Thank you very much Gavin for the very enjoyable stay.

Overall, a great spot to stay. Right on the Grassmarket, so close to everything. Internet didn’t work in the apartment, which was unfortunate. Once we were able to connect with the owner, he was very responsive and helpful. I’m confident that he’ll get things fixed, so we do recommend this property.

Great location, furnishings dated but adequate, reasonably clean, access / key safe combination box a little confusing as many exist at ground floor entryway door, steep circular stairs up to the flat, nice little welcome bits & pieces - thanks! Would definitely stay again!!!

Incredible location right on Grassmarket and Victoria streets. Easy access to shopping, dining, and only a few minutes walk to the Castle!The host responds quickly to questions, and the whole process went smoothly!

Great location and nice place

The location was excellent! Stayed there with my wife and kids and we had a good time. We did hear noise from bars and restaurants but were okay with it just because of the location.

The apartment was very large and very clean. The thirty three steps up to the apartment were easy to walk, and it was close to everything. The only problem I had, and this is a personal problem, was the sea food restaurants just below the apartment. I have a seafood allergy and the smell was extremely strong a couple of days. There are also a couple of late night bars just outside the window so it was a bit noisy until after midnight, but not so much to make me wish I had gone elsewhere. Gavin left a wonderful welcome basket, and also left us a couple of adapters to use so we could charge our phones. It was very thoughtful and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment to future travellers.
