This welcoming 3 bedroom Townhouse is easy to get to being near to the M6, M65 & M55 and also just a few minutes walk from Bamber Bridge train station and short drive from Preston City Centre.

It's on a peaceful, friendly road with it's own driveway for private off road parking and plenty of free street parking in front of the house.

Step into a welcoming hallway, with the wifi code at the ready. Kick off your shoes and relax in the cosy modern living room with a dining area and stream your favourite show on the 43" smart TV.

The modern kitchen has everything you might need to cook up your favourites or enjoy a local take away, the kitchen leads onto a private and secure patio. Upstairs is a spacious 3 piece modern bathroom with walk-in power shower to freshen up.

Three stylish bedrooms with comfy double beds, for a good nights rest. There is also a cosy office with a desk area and pull out single bed for a 7th guest (bedding available but 24 hours notice required to prepare for your arrival).

There is a large private patio at the rear of the house and also front garden space as well.

Bamber Bridge is a thriving poplar village so has plenty of supermarkets, local conveniences, pubs, gastro-pubs, restaurants and decent take-aways on your door-step.

You're near to Preston Docklands & Marina, as well as the main shopping district, with 3 shopping centres, countless bars, restaurants, eateries, attractions. Other nearby establishments include the University, BAE, Hospital and Budweiser brewery. Also ideal for adventures across the North West such as Blackpool & Lytham, the Lake district Manchester or Liverpool.

Great place for families
We are over from America to visit family and stayed 4 nights here. It was comfortable, easily accessible and had all the amenities of home. I would only suggest that maybe find another way for patrons with an international phone number to get in touch should an incident arise. We had a small problem with the hot water heater. It was fixed quickly but the management company were unable to text back or call my phone number from the US making a little difficult to communicate. Great place to stay!

Perfect property for a family
We enjoyed our stay in Bamber Bridge. The property was clean and looked to be recently updated. We had a small issue with hot water and the management company was over straight away. I would suggest for international travelers making it possible to communicate through VRBO. The management company were unable to contact us back via text or phone call when the issue arose. Bet they showed up and quickly fixed the issue. We would definitely stay here again.
