JUST RELAX- ON THE 11 MILE LAGOON! SUMMER GOES FAST- BEST lagoon view in the complex! Already booking for 2025! Queens Grant Villa, Palmetto Dunes, Hilton Head Island, SC. Sleeps up to 8 with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, open concept, large, fenced deck with gas grill, and very bright and sunny grassy yard area. It is close to the pool, quick walk to ocean, and fishing. Palmetto Dunes is a gated community located in the middle of Hilton Head Island, close to everything!

Dogs are welcome (2 dogs maximum, see details on weight requirements). Good vacation dates go fast, so plan ahead! Give us a try, you won't be disappointed!

*Note: From April 5, 2025 through August 30, 2025, bookings are Saturday to Saturday. Each booking will be a full 7 days and if more than 7 days is required, it will be in 7-day increments. Feel free to reach out for further clarification if needed.

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head!

This property is such a gem! The location can’t be beat, the home itself is deceptively spacious with a lovely canal view, and if you’re traveling with dogs it is absolutely ideal. The owners thoughtfully provide everything a pup could need—bowls, beds, and more. Everything in this home is clearly labeled for ease of use, and the owners provide all the information you could need go ensure a comfortable stay. We would gladly visit again, my daughter didn’t want to leave!

Peaceful Stay on the Lagoon

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at this house on the lagoon. The house was bigger than expected, and the space was clean. The owners thought of everything, and the house was very well stocked! Perfect place for a family and pup. There were plenty of items for our pup including a kennel. The beach was just a short drive/bike ride away. We spent our week fishing, hanging out at the beach, riding bikes, and playing pickleball. Palmetto Dunes has everything you need. Communication with the host was great. Five stars! We will be back!

Short Stay

The unit was overall extremely nice and well put together. Unfortunately we had to leave after only being there a couple of days due to the in coming hurricane. We would definitely stay there again

Family vacation

I can’t emphasize enough how much we loved this home, the description and photos are 100% accurate. Spacious enough for our family, perfect location just about a 15 minute walk to the beach a neighborhood general store, tennis/pickleball courts, bike and outdoor activities rentals all on Palmetto Dunes. Communication with the owners was quick and always very helpful! We will make this our new vacation home anytime we can make it to the island! There is also a free shuttle within the community after a long day on the beach. As I mentioned I highly recommend this home.

Overall fantastic stay and would absolutely stay again!

First, let me start by saying the house is fantastic. The location is great. The size is perfect for larger families. We had a total of 7 people and everyone had space, even our golden retriever. I love that the front entry is tucked back so you a good amount of privacy at the front entry, while the back deck has gorgeous views of the lagoon. The layout of the home is large and inviting. The kitchen opens up to the whole down stairs area which was perfect for game nights or relaxing around the couches. The master bedroom is very spacious with its own on suite and two large closets for putting your luggage and/or clothes away. The upstairs has two large rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom. The location is amazing. A short bike ride and you are on the beach. The Palmetto Dune group made some very nice upgrades to the bike parking area which was much needed. In addition to riding to the beach, the area itself is perfect for family bike rides with designated bike paths and crossings (it is one of our favorite parts of staying in the Palmetto Dunes area). We really appreciated the owners having a couple of beach chairs and boogie boards, as it was one less thing we needed to being with us. As for the owners, they have outstanding communication and were able to address any issues quickly.

Great vaca

My family and i were here for our yearly vaca. First.time to HHI. Place was impeccably clean! Owner was supper communicative! Location is pretty good in palmetto dunes. Shuttle to beach. Convient to kroger/shelter cove. Over all convenient but would have liked a little closer to the beach. (0.9 mi isnt terrible, and as mentioned there is a free shuttle!) Overall a great place. Would definitely stay here again next time we came to HHI!

Clean, Comfortable, Secluded

This was a repeat stay for us and the villa was just as lovely this time around. The unit was exceptionally clean, the living area is spacious and bright, the large back deck has high-quality furniture, and parking was never an issue. Family members renting from other locations in Palmetto Dunes stopped in regularly and were wowed by the wide expanse of grass out back that leads to a beautiful view of the lagoon. We had a fabulous week at this location.

Family vacation

The place is exactly as it appears in the description. It's very welcoming and has just about everything you need. We needed to contact the owner and when we did, they responded promptly and nicely. Allowing pets is a BIG plus and we were very grateful for that. They even had toys and blankets for the dogs. The deck is large and faces the lagoon making it easy to watch people fishing. There are two pools that are very near to the house. Overall, no complaints and had a very enjoyable week. Thank you!

Perfect location for family stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Family friendly, spacious, well-equipped. We don’t usually travel with our dog, so it was a gift to find such a lovely pet-friendly spot. Very easy access to the beach.

Comfortable Place in a Beautiful Area

This was a very nice place for my husband and I to stay for a week with close friends and our two dogs. Very clean and very comfortable, and easy check in process. Wonderful experience renting this condo, and we loved the Hilton Head area and look forward to coming back.

Another Great Week on HHI!

We had a very nice stay at the condo with our pups. They love walking, running, chasing birds and playing fetch on the beach and it is no nice to get to take them with us. It was also really helpful to have all of the pet supplies they had on hand at the unit. A couple of questions came up during our stay and Todd was very quick to reach out and help us, which was appreciated!

Outstanding Vacation

We loved our stay and have rented again for next year. Great community,,close to the beach. Pet friendly but so clean you don’t feel like you are vacationing with everyone else’s pets. Spacious and every amenity you can imagine. Loved it.

Winter Get-Away

This villa was perfect in every way. The layout was ideal. And our Frenchie was allowed to join us. The villa had a deck overlooking a lagoon. Lovely spot to watch nature and the sunsets. And the location couldn't have been better. A easy walk to the beach as well as shopping and restaurants. We would definitely go again!

We think HHI has the best beaches and golf! We have always loved the Palmetto Dunes area and the tranquility it has brought us. Biking to the beach and the general store will become a family favorite.
The layout of the Queens Grant Villas have appealed to us the most as we have stayed in many of the areas in Palmetto Dunes. Bright and very peaceful.
