Nice, clean townhouse. It was well furnished and everything worked well. The communication and expectations were clear. It's a little more than "a short walk to the beach" for people our age, but it is a short drive!

I thought it was a very nice place to stay for the price. My family enjoyed our stay because it was an easy walk to the beach. My only complaint was the size of the bathroom in the master bedroom.

Our second time staying at this location - quiet, clean and close to the beach. Host was very accommodating and did a great job at communicating the details of our stay.

Very nice unit in a great location. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens and pillows etc. we had an issue with the internet that the host worked diligently to address as quickly as possible. Excellent accessibility to the beach with lots of beach toys available for use. Would stay again!

Awesome place to stay!

Short walk to the beach, beautiful setting & accommodations, comfortable beds, stocked well with beach wagon and chairs and dog friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

This modern styled property looks even better in person! The gated courtyard at the front door was helpful. Entry was easy. There’s a super convenient half bath by the front door. The kitchen is so well stocked and had everything we needed. The coffee maker has a k cup dispenser that brewed perfectly. The fridge has an ice maker. Easy to use thermostat kept the temperature perfect. Easy remote control ceiling fan in living room (and bedrooms). Spacious light and bright living room with plenty of seating and easy to use smart TV. Lots of outdoor seating. The master suite was really beautiful, modern, and comfortable with plenty of closet space and hangers. Great water pressure in the shower with plenty of hot water and bathroom shelf space. Christy our host was very communicative and helpful. She’s the best! The beach was a 6-minute walk even with our little dog. Pet friendly property and community helped make our stay great!

We were a calm bachelorette party that did nights in with games. The living room was perfect for that. We had a very enjoyable stay!

Christy's place was just what we needed for a week away with our parents and Goldendoodle. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a lot of seating in the living room and outdoors and multiple charging stations throughout the house. The master bedroom bed was comfortable for us and I am picky about mattresses. My parents loved the second bedroom bed, as it was firmer. The chair and umbrella rental from Shore Beach Service was seamless. We even canceled a day and was refunded for that day. The walk to the beach is so easy, about 7 minutes. The condo is close to restaurants and shopping. The coffee maker is great for pods or pots of coffee. The appliances are great! The quietest dishwasher that I've ever (not) heard which doesn't disturb if watching TV. Every utensil, bowl, glass and appliance anyone would need for cooking a full meal. The weather was perfect and we all enjoyed our week at Hilton Head, Folly Field Beach! The few times I reached out to Christy she responded quickly and was so kind. We all highly recommend!

It was almost like having your own home close to the beach and we were especially impressed with the patio having plenty of places to picnic, sit and chill.

Best Rental

The host/owner was very easy to get in touch with, the location was quiet, close to the beach and easy to find. The place was also very clean and everything we needed. I definitely plan on staying here again next time i come down.

Family Thanksgiving break

We loved this property, the best we have rented on the island. It was clean, beautifully furnished and had everything you could want. Great location and a quick walk to the most amazing beach. Would highly recommend this property.
