Everything you need for the beach is right here!!! 2 adult bikes for your use when you stay at our villa. Your home away from home. Large king first floor bedroom suite newly renovated master bath with walk in shower and dressing area. Master bedroom has access to the deck overlooking views of the lagoon and 2nd hole of the Trent Jones Golf Course. 2 additional upstairs bedroom with shared full sized Jack & Jill bath. One bedroom with queen sized bed and 3rd bedroom with 2 double beds. Fully renovated cook's kitchen with full sized appliances including a washer and dryer. Kitchen is open to dining room and living room with a wall of sliding doors out to the beautiful deck. Full sized deck overlooking lagoon with large gas grill and ample seating. All new linen, mattresses, beach towels. Everything you need for a relaxing "Home Away From Home" Owner discretion dog friendly. DOGS ONLY OWNER DISCRETION/LIMIT 2/ NO CATS.

Hilton Head

This was the first time traveling with our dogs for vacation. We had a wonderful time. The dogs enjoyed bird watching off the deck. Property was clean and spacious.

Amazing property

Beach supplies

We enjoyed using the beach chairs and toys that you had. The chairs were a must every time we went to the beach! Also liked having the bikes. It was a nice place to stay at and well supplied.

Lovely home in great location in Palmetto Dunes

This home was perfect for our group of six. Close to tennis courts, General Store and a short bike ride to the beach. It is one of most nicest equipped kitchens and homes we have ever rented. No detail was missed in stocking it. We certainly plan to return!

Fantastic!

This was our second stay in one of Michael and Nadine’s villas. The villa is so well-appointed you really don’t need to pack anything but your clothes! We appreciated having all the comforts of home while enjoying HHI! Nadine spent a half hour on the phone with me prior to our trip making sure we had all the information we needed. She then contacted us after check in to confirm everything was satisfactory. We could not have asked for anything more!

Great Place to Stay

We had a great time at the property this week. The condo was clean and had plenty of kitchen supplies. We loved how close everything was outside of the resort. Inside of the resort we loved that we could walk or bike to the general store and the beach. The pool is just steps out the back door. My kids enjoyed the bikes that were provided. They rode then to the general store for snacks or supplies everyday. We enjoyed being right on the lagoon and rented a canoe for the week to go fishing. My Family very much enjoyed our stay here.

Vacation with the comforts of home

The kitchen is so well stocked. Comfortable accommodations with a peaceful view of the lagoon. Owners were very attentive; and friendly, helpful neighbor was sent over to help us with a bicycle repair. Only drawback to this lovely villa, is that the area to store the bikes was too cramped with 2 heating/air units along with 3 trashcans, floor mats. Trying to get the bikes in and out was a bit of a hassle and bikes were not in the best repair. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for the comforts of home in a beautiful surrounding.

Home Sweet Home

Nadine and Michael’s home is by far, the best we’ve ever stayed at. Location and views aside, their rental home felt like anything but a rental. The decor was stunning! It was the perfect combination of homey and local beach vibes. Pack light when you come because all you really need are your clothes and toiletries as they have thought of everything. And I mean everything! A fully stocked kitchen, extra pillows and blankets and for our fur babies, dog bowls and blankets! The location is ideal for golfers, tennis players, wildlife enthusiasts and beach bums. The neighbors are friendly, helpful and welcoming. Nadine was easy to connect with and offered ideas for activities for our 10 year old to take advantage of during our stay. She was the perfect hostess! We will absolutely return to this property for as long as they’ll have us. Robyn A.

Exceeded expectations

Nadine and Michael’s place definitely exceeded my expectations. It is very clean and spacious, even with a group of 8 we had room to spread out. The beds were comfortable and cool cotton linens were a bonus. The location was perfect, we took the dune buggy to the beach and shopping and walked to the general store. The grill worked great the first nice after a long drive and we enjoyed drinks on the patio every evening. Enjoyed an evening bike ride with my son (the one seat was a little loose but we managed). There are a lot of little extras like beach chairs/umbrellas. Ceiling fans were a plus, it was a little warm but I think that’s just SC. Communication with Nadine was excellent, she answered questioned quickly and helped us get a day parking pass for a friend. Super friendly, we would stay again! Thanks for letting us bring our dog Max, could tell by little touches that the owners are dog lovers!

Out family stayed in this pet friendly condo. Good location with plenty of yard for our dog. Well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful trip, in large part, due to this lovely home we stayed in. The deck, surrounded by beautiful plants and right on the lagoon, is one of the nicest porch areas in the neighborhood. The inside is beautifully decorated and the beds are very comfortable! I would recommend this property to any and all!

Great owners and dog friendly

A perfect place for our family to celebrate an early thanksgiving. Kitchen was well stocked. Appreciated the owners responsiveness and dog friendliness. Great walking distance to pickleball and the beach. We will be back !

Beautiful Queen's Grant property

Friend trip fun!

Stayed here with a group of friends not ever being to the island before. Very nice area! Close to everything. A lot of space. Very clean. Would rent from them again in a minute.

Relaxing and spacious villa

Our family of four enjoyed our week. The villa was spacious and very comfortable. We always rent in Palmetto Dunes when we visit HHI and this was our most comfortable villa to date. Fortunately we had some cool evenings for June and we were able to enjoy the deck overlooking the lagoon. We loved being able to bring our dog with us for the week. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the spices available helped tremendously. Also having beach towels and chairs provided made packing our car for the trip much easier. The linens were nice and beds comfortable. My only issue, which I addressed with the owner, is that the map on VRBO shows the condo on the opposite side of the golf course in a different neighborhood. This villa is in Queens Grant. This is further from the beach than we prefer to stay. However we rented extra bikes and one with a cart to travel to the beach with all of our gear. Having the owners provide two bikes was extremely helpful. Overall I highly recommend this condo.
