We had an amazing stay at this home. It was beyond immaculate — truly the cleanest place I have ever stayed in. The house is very modern, beautifully designed, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining the property. We were extremely comfortable and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great Sundance Film Festival House

Very comfortable place to stay during the Sundance Film Festival! Great amenities and the proximity to Main Street made everything run very smoothly.

The place was very nice but definitely not easy access to the Town Lift. Definitely not ski in/ ski out. We had to drive to the Town lift parking each day.

Great to hear that you enjoyed your stay at Woodside Chalet... it truly is an exceptional home and consistently earns a 5-star rating. In response to your comments... this home is not advertised as ski-in / ski-out. The description very clearly defines the location as "Easy access to the Town Lift" explaining that it's a 4-5 minute walk to the Pedestrian/Ski Access Trail that allows you to ski straight to the Town Lift. Perhaps you choose not to use the trail given the unusually poor snow conditions during your stay.

We loved the home and our stay so much. We hope to rebook for next year! The home is even better than the photos. Very responsive house manager when issues arose.

The house was in perfect condition and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was really great even though we couldn’t ski-in and out during our stay due to the lack of snow. The mid-floor bedrooms did get very hot every night and it would’ve been nice to have fans. We had to crack windows just to be able to sleep comfortably on that floor. We would stay here again and the host was responsive.

Perfect ski town home

This property was perfect for our annual company retreat. Each partner had a bedroom and bathroom and the living area was perfect for our meetings. Would be perfect for a couple families on a ski trip too. This house left no detail to chance. It was wonderfully thought out and accommodating . Would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful home in Park City, so close to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. We were a group coming from all over the US, and this house was exactly as advertised - plenty of space, en suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and high-end amenities. Our check-in and check-out processes couldn't have been smoother, and we received prompt and friendly responses for any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were onsite. I'd highly recommend this home.

Excellent rental

My family loved the home which is immaculate and very high tech. Each couple had their own bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked, the jacuzzi and outdoor grills were great, and there were amazing views from the balconies. The open floor plan worked well for our group. The location is ideal-a short walk to the stairs for access to the ski trail down to the town lift and also stairs to Main Street. Highly recommend this home.

Spring Break Skiing 2025

My husband and I took our 3 adult sons skiing for Spring Break. We chose this rental based on location to downtown and ease of lift access. We were not disappointed! The home was well appointed and fit all our needs. There were plenty of spaces for us to hang out together and separately. The view from the hot tub is perfect and relaxing. I love the modern kitchen and its seamless cabinet system. We recommend this location as a 10/10! Walking distance to town (shopping, dining) and to skiing via the Town Center Lift. I hope to stay here again.

This house was absolutely amazing - brand new, every amenity you could ask for (including an elevator!), and spectacular views. The kitchen is really modern and well appointed. There are multiple espresso coffee makers (that take Nespresso original line pods) throughout the house and two common areas with gas fire pits. Beautiful views from the top balcony that has living area seating (and one of the fire pits). Easy, 5 min walk (or less) to Main Street (where all restaurants and shops are) and about the same to town ski lift. Very communicative / responsive team of people when a few small issues arose. It’s evident that these owners really took care in thinking about all the small things that make this place feel luxurious while still very comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful space for 4 close friends from college to gather, laugh, and reminisce, almost 30 years after we graduated!
