The house was fantastic. Alpine Ski Properties thought of everything. We were very happy. Would definitely rent again from them.

Great location

Good spot for a large family or a couple families. Needs a little updating and it’s a bit of a walk to the slope but nothing too crazy. Would stay again

The condo was in a great location and we generally enjoyed the stay. The unit wasn’t particularly clean (porch was filthy and didn’t appear to have been recently cleaned) and the hot tub didn’t work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Not ski in ski out

This place is OK, but long in the tooth. Ski in ski out? Not so much. A long walk, down a ravine and up. Won’t rent here gain.

Our unit was not properly cleaned upon our arrival. There were visible cobwebs, half drank bottle of gatoraid, and my daughter got glass in her foot inside one of the masters. We found a sewing needle sticking up in the carpet in the main living area. The TV's do not work properly, all pixelated. One of the twin beads has broken and bent legs and is completely unusable. The listing stated that there were 3 twin beds in the "other" area and there were pullout chair beds with broken backing rendering two of them useless.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was described and decorated as expected , and location was good, size was good,etc..House did not come with extra towels, working humidifiers, working toaster, or enough firewood several calls had to be made to get those items..especially more firewood took three days. Also, we never were given any extra towels, each guest had one...House needs alot of work, it getting old, tired and unorganized .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Traveled with another family so having two king beds was critical for a comfortable stay for our group. House had all the amenities needed. Thankful they had salt and pepper, Pam etc that you don’t think to buy or want to buy for a week long stay. The location was great. Just a short walk to a ski in/out run to the bottom of the main ski area. House is a little dated but fine for what we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our overall stay with family and friends. The unit was very spacious. We loved the fireplaces, location and hot tub. The unit, however, is a bit worn; old blankets with holes, small holes in walls with paint chipping in various places, carpet in bathrooms, etc. It's not literally ski in/ski out either. It is a ski in with a short walk, short walk then ski out. It's located very close to the resort's ski run, but not what I expected.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All in all we had a great trip! I never could figure out how to get to the ski in/ ski out portion of the house or neighborhood. I called the property management company and didn’t hear back. We enjoyed the house, there should have been a map or something explaining the location to justify premium price for ski in/out. I would stay again but would get the information in advance. Also, we arrived early and wanted to check in early but were told no rather than we could pay an extra fee to get in early. Maybe there was another guest, but would have been great to have better communication and better customer service. But the house was nice!

Great spot for fall getaway

It's a very nice high end property that would be perfect for skiing with a family or even two families. it's a bit of a walk or short 1/2 mile drive to the ski lifts in Deer Valley but that gives it more privacy, particularly with the overlook and end unit orientation of the property. We came for fall colors and got the first snow of the season instead, but it worked great. Very spacious. Carpets were a bit dated but they are likely needed to protect from wet skis and boots. Would stay here again for sure. Unusual feature is that three of the four bedrooms had a big stone wood-burning fireplace and jetted tubs. Loved the jacuzzi.

It was advertised that sleeps 11 people. We had 9 people in our group and the bedding was not comfo.

The place was dated and furnished with old furniture. too expensive for what it was. We paid for ski in/ ski/out and it was a long walk to the slops. I would not pay for this place again.

Great Deer Valley spot for a family

Comfortable, warm home with plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice

Good location - a little walk to get to success run - so while ski in/out , not just out the door. Wood fireplaces in Living and all bedrooms - a nice touch. Floor plan is a little clumsy - lots and levels and steps to use this place. I would use again.
