This place is absolutely amazing!

The pictures inside the listing don’t do it justice. We come down to Miramar Beach a lot. We have stayed in some nice places. This might be our favorite. When you park in the covered parking garage you have two assigned spots. They are basically 5 steps away from the elevator. You take the elevator up to the 5th floor and you come out right to the front doors of this condo. This place is decorated very nice. The rooms are absolutely huge and so are the closets. The pool at this complex is amazing. I would say it’s probably one of the largest in Miramar Beach. We have stayed in larger complexes with a much smaller pool. We will be back!

Huge disappointment!

I’ve stayed at this property in many different units and the penthouse is the worst! We experienced bug issues, electrical issues, and a major safety concern! There was a large piece of the roof of the balcony they was dangling for FIVE days before it was removed. I called to report and follow up twice a day with no action taken. Everyone wanted to point the finger at whose responsibility it was to take care of it. It was embarrassing to hear all the other guests around the pool talking about it everyday. Not to mention this unit came with NO beach chairs! I had to pay an extra 1100 for 6 chairs for the week. And they only took cash, no credit cards! I would NEVER pay top dollar to stay in this unit again! We are booked in a different 3-bedroom this summer!

1st Time Visiting The Area

We booked this property to attend a music festival and to visit the area for the 1st time. The location could not be more perfect. We were walking distance to the festival and a short ride share to all of the main areas that we wanted to visit. The condo is goegeous and the photos do not do it justice. It was extremely clean, well stocked with towels, dishes, silverware, and bathroom supplies. It is also much larger than we expected. The balcony and main living areas have a breathtaking view of the ocean and the community was safe and quite. We would highly recommend this property and are already thinking about our next trip back.

Miramar beach

The property was very nice and clean. I wasnt given a code to the gate to access the propertyy or the pool. A man was there working on the gate at arrival so there were no issues. Whem i left later at night i could not get in and nobody answered the phone. I sat out of the gait waiting for over an hour until someone else visiting the property came and told me the code. Very nice visitors gave me the beach access code

This penthouse and the location were amazing and I would highly recommend to anyone! Being right off the water makes for spectacular sunrises and sunsets!

Honestly this wasn't a very clean in this unit. Hair in the showers, empty beer cans on balcony. Counter tops was greasy and even toenail clippings on the bedroom floor. empty juice box under bed. Shower didn't work in one of the bathrooms nor did the jacuzzi tub jets. After numerous calls to get through to anyone to address the broken things i finally got through. They fixed it and the very next day the shower tore up again. Also with the blinds on the patio doors. They was slowly falling off because the was only held up by scotch tape instead of being replaced properly. Just saying for what i spent to stay there i expected better. As far as the unit as a whole it was spacious for our family and hopefully stay there in the future with everything fixed

Gorgeous Property. No Management

The Penthouse was everything the pictures show. Clean and absolutely gorgeous! The condo had everything that we needed and was very comfortable. The walk to the beach was very short and easy. I was worried about crossing the road, but it wasnt busy in the middle of summer. The major problem with renting was the lack of communication. We received our codes 2 weeks before arriving. When we arrived to the property, none of the codes worked. We had to wait at the gate till someone gave us a code that did work. No one answered any of our phone calls, even the emergency number on the website. Not 1 number worked. We left messages and NEVER received a call back. Thankfully our room code worked or we would have had to leave and find a hotel. The beach code and the gate code that we were given never worked the whole time we were there and there is no one on site or on the phone to talk to about it. Thankfully someone was kind enough to share their code with us. I was able to get a response through email, but none of the information was correct or helpful. I was very frustrated. The master suite had issues cooling off, we had to setup fans to blow cool air in. I would stay here again. Just be prepared to wait on others to let you in and pray your room code works.

Destin home away from home

We have come to Destin for decades. The Mediterranea penthouse is wonderful for a large family experience. The private beach, beautiful pool and condo is amazing. Pompano Joe’s is right across the street. Will be back!

Beautiful condo

This condo is just like the pictures show. Beautiful inside and out with a wonderful view of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect and what you would expect from a condo at this price.

August 2019 Stay

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property in a stunning location. Our daily morning coffee time on the massive terrace was truly therapeutic, watching the light, clouds, and ocean change with each passing minute. We lived outside basically, but the inside accommodations were equally superb. The well equipped kitchen allowed for several superb home cooked meals, and it’s worth noting that we simply loved the lovely artwork that adorns every room, not to mention the impeccable interior design overall. Coupled with great air conditioning (not always the case in Florida rental properties) and easy access to Scenic Gulf Drive, thereby avoiding the construction headaches on 98, this property is truly a gem! One mixed blessing, however, was the absence of blackout drapes in the master bedroom. Due to the community catwalk lights that are permanently on at night, the bedroom does stay fairly well illuminated at night even with the shades fully drawn, and gets bright with the am sun.
