Ideal for families, couples or friends looking for relaxation. Not much of a beach person? Lounge at Mediterranea's large pool or relax in the jetted hot tub. Luxurious rooms with ten foot ceilings, crown molding, tile and marble accents and full-size washer and dryer; community clubhouse, pool , tennis, putting green and fitness center. We had THE best stay! We had issues the first day with construction crews taking over the balcony and covering all views from it. The owners were amazing and let us stay in their 3-bedroom condo and it was absolutely PERFECT!! The level of professionalism they had for our family was the best we could ask for!!

Mediterranea is Beautiful

This is our third year back to Miramar Beach and second year back to Mediterranea. Very relaxing and absolutely phenomenal view of the gulf! Becky, our contact for this unit, has been wonderful as well!

Relaxing stay

The Mediterranea is a great location along Miramar Beach. Easy beach access, large pool and hot tub. The unit was clean, comfortable and pretty well stocked for cooking. Becky, the property manager, was helpful and responsive when we had questions or concerns.

Gorgeous Location and Lovely Condo

My husband and I had a great stay. The beach is beautiful with a wonderful view from the condo. We walked to several restaurants in the area, which was a plus not to have to drive. The condo had everything we needed and Becky was extremely nice. I can’t think of one improvement needed. We plan to be back next year.

Was our 1st trip to this area and Mediterranea unit 509 set the bar extremely high!

The Mediterranea complex is very well maintained, clean, easy to navigate and not overcrowded! Unit 509 surpassed our expectations! Spacious, clean, comfortable and had more than everything we needed for the week! The amenities left us wanting for nothing! We 100% were the envy of our friends who stayed at other places. We had the best accommodations of everyone!

Lacking a little

Always like staying at this location. Condo was ok but I’ve stayed in better at this location. There were No pot holders in kitchen, pans were ready to be replaced because everything would stick. Lighting was lacking and a/c quit working but it was fixed. Oven took forever to warm up.

Meditteranea 509d

We love the Meditteranea, the location is phenomenal. The private beach is perfect and being in close proximity to Pompano Joe’s is a plus too. We stayed in 509d for our second time. The unit is lovely and the view is wonderful. The condo is nicely decorated but is a little over crowded with too many furniture and decor pieces, which takes up too much of the floor space. The master bedroom closets are junked up with unused bedding and decor pillows, pantry closet crowded too. The light under the microwave is out and there isn’t any under the counter lights making the cook area too dark. We had two wash clothes for the condo, no oven mitts, pot holders or dish towels in the kitchen. One of the lights are out over the kitchen table too. These issues are easy to address and hopefully they will appreciate the review.

We loved the condo it was very clean and did not have any weird smells. The view was beautiful and it was very easy to get straight to the beach from the room. The pool and hot tub area was very nice as well. The host, Rebecca was great and very attentive. If we ever needed anything she was always quick to answer. Overall it was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it! We had an amazing vacation!

Very clean, well stocked condo. Best sleeping beds in any condo we have ever stayed in! Rebecca was awesome and made the check in/ check out process amazing!! Awesome view from the balcony. Not really any complaints but I would suggest more comfortable living room furniture. Enjoyed our stay ❤️

The property was absolutely perfect! We loved the beach service, and location to the beach and pool. The property maintenance employees had the place meticulous. We would definitely stay again.

Our home away from home 😊

This was our 2nd year visiting and we loved it just as much as the first time. Gorgeous views, beautiful and clean condo. All the instructions were easy and no issues at all! Thank you, and we will be visiting again next year! ❤️

A perfect spot

We enjoyed the location and the light crowds in this area of Miramar beach. We also liked being able to walk to a pompano joes. The free chairs and umbrella service on the beach was a big bonus!

1st Timer at Mediterranea

2nd time visiting the panhandle beaches. Condo location was GREAT! Can't beat the view from the balcony. The only downside was that the pool wasn't heated during the time we were there and water was too cold to even dip your toes in. I was told the pool is only heated during the Christmas season and Spring Break season. EVERYONE was hanging in or by the hot tub. We will definitely return to the Panhandle region, but will probably try to stay at a property that has a heated pool.

Our Family has been traveling to the Destin area for 22 straight years. We absolutley love the "old 98" area. We finally opted to stay at the Mediterranean this year and we will most definitely been reurning to this property!!!!

Wonderful Stay

Our condo was very nice. Great view as promised, property was exceptionally well kept. The condo was very clean when we arrived. We appreciated the fine vacation in the condo and property.
