Luxury Penthouse just steps to sand! Located directly across from the beach, experience the ultimate in California beach living with panoramic white water ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee watching dolphins and surfers from your private enclosed deck. Entertain with nightly sunsets and sleep to sound of waves. With 2 master suites plus enclosed sun room. This one of a kind home is outfitted with everything you need to make your stay the ideal vacation.

Fully stocked kitchen, large dining table for family meals, BBQ, big custom enclosed viewing deck. Two master suites, , luxurious bathrooms with walk in closets and toiletries. Enjoy lush bedding, linens, custom decor. Gas fireplaces in both master suite and living room. Secure garage parking , beach gear - chairs, towels, boogie board. Complimentary coffee from local roaster. All living space is on one floor. Washer/Dryer for guest use. Secure gated building.

IDEAL location - The best of both worlds. You are on the border of Carlsbad, close to all the amazing downtown restaurants and entertainment. You are also close to Oceanside Strand, Pier and Harbor, but without the noise and congestion. Right outside the unit is direct access to a great beach. There are so many places to explore by foot or bike. You don't ever have to leave your little bubble at the beach. If you wanted to take a ride down to other parts of San Diego the train station is right there. Legoland, Carlsbad Outlets, Flower Fields, Golf Resorts and Del Mar Race Track are just minutes in the car. There are always local events, surf contests, concerts, art walks and a farmers market every Thursday. Nightlife is fun, too, with great wine bars, breweries and a wide range of food at one of the many amazing local restaurants nearby. See our list of favorites in the house manual. Water sports, fishing, bon fires, surf lessons, parks and boat charters are all local favorite past times close by. If you need any recommendations we are always happy to guide you. If you prefer fine dining at the beach house, we have a world class chef available upon request. Perfect beach location - sit on the patio and watch surfers and dolphins or take a short stroll to the sand or local restaurants. Beautiful, roomy accommodations. Well stocked and awesome management.

We were staying in town for a soccer tournament, and had a great weekend here:) ocean view (just like the photo) and breeze. Parking is super convenient too.

The host, Cheryl, was great. She checked in throughout our stay, making sure all was good and was very prompt with responses to questions. She was very pleasant and considerate.

The private garage was great so you didn't have to drive around looking for a space. The location is fabulous. There wasn't central air conditioner so it was warm, but with the ocean breeze and some portable fans, it worked.

Without a doubt, beautifully designed and decorated on the inside. Can’t say the same for the outside of the complex. Thankfully underground enclosed parking was nice. Kitchen and bathrooms were perfectly equipped. Ocean view room was great for ocean views, husband loved watching surfers in morning and evening. Floor in that room definitely needs some improvement on cleanliness . Living room not the most comfortable for watching tv. Weather was warm during our stay and with no air conditioning the house was also warm. Nearby Beach for swimming was not accessible without wading through rocks. Drove most days to Harbor beach which was nice. Host was quickly accessible and helpful when needed.

The condo is beautifully decorated and furnished with such cute, unique pieces. The sunroom was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! Our host was very responsive when we requested items (2 nd key/sponge). The parking is safe and secure and fit both of our small SUV’s just fine. This is definitely one of our favorites so far! It was a great Mother/Daughter stay!

Love the south Oceanside location. It's less hectic than the pier and harbor area, more a locals vibe. Still walking distance to cool coffee shops, restaurants etc. It's fun to walk to the beach & watch the sunset. The rooftop enclosed porch with the lifeguard chairs to watch the ocean was our favorite part. If the host had some games there for groups to play that would be fantastic. Well stocked kitchen. The underground parking garage is so convenient. Comfy beds.

The property decor was lovely….getting into the property was a nightmare…after driving 6 hours it took 20 minutes to enter due to a faulty lockbox…with the amount paid you would think replacing the lockbox would be a small cost to give the customer a good first impression…also it is more than 20 steps to the sand, more like 200 steps…this “20 steps” gave a false impression of closeness to beach…moreover no one mentions the boulders to be climbed to access the beach.

We have a family of five and stayed for 4 days. It was beautiful! Nice spot next to all the beaches and Buccaneer Cafe one block down. Whole family loved it!

Beach Perfection

This location is perfect - literally steps away from the beach. The view from the house cannot be beat! The unit is spacious, clean, and well-stocked. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!
