SFH with 2 stories, open floor plan, 2 spacious master en-suites with balcony in both and ocean views in the main. Large rooftop deck with panoramic ocean view all the way up to the famous pier to enjoy amazing sunsets. Gas fireplace in living room and family room, side patio with grill and 2 car attached garage. Very spacious and comfortable for couples, family and business travelers. Great location and easy walk (0.6 mile) to Tyson Street Beach. Walking distance and easy bike ride (1 mile north) to pier and downtown. Sparkling clean with new furnishing including TVs in all bedrooms with comfortable foam mattresses. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, and full washer & dryer plus sink in laundry room. Free high speed internet (1GB) wifi and 5 Smart TVs with Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, etc. Comes with beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach toys, boogie boards, and cooler. Very comfortable, well designed space. Fully stocked kitchen, large screen TV, large rooms...Overall great space for 2 families to come together on vacation. Walking distance to a few restaurants and close to the ocean. Overall very nice property.

Rooftop balcony was perfect for any time of the day that overlooks ocean and neighborhood. Kitchen had ample utensils, dishes, cups and well equipped w/several types of appliances. Well furnished, beds and sofas were very comfortable.

Overall our stay was fantastic. Communication with host was great. No snags, no issues and NO COMPLAINTS. Everything is expensive these days and the rate was very reasonable.

Everything was great! View was perfect right on the run course for the Oceanside 70.3 race so it was perfect for us and for our whole family!

Easy free parking for multiple vehicles. We had five vehicles at one point, with family visiting from the area, no issues.

The home was gorgeous and so comfortable. Beautiful kitchen and the patio on the roof was amazing. The location was ideal. The host was communicative and so accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic time at this Oceanside home. The location is perfect. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed during our stay. The host was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had an excellent stay here! The house was very clean and well stocked. There was plenty of space and so close to everything. I will definitely stay here again!

Stunning property, felt like a home away from home. Very spacious, immaculately clean, very family friendly. Gorgeous views of the ocean. Lovely host, great communication. We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Our host, Carolyn, was welcoming and her communication was excellent and prompt. We loved the layout of the house and the beds were very comfortable. Wonderful ocean views and sounds of the waves from the rooftop patio where we also enjoyed many sunsets. We enjoyed a 2 week stay and ate many meals at the house- the kitchen was stocked with more than enough cooking and serving needs along with lots of spices. We will be back :)

Beautiful home with plenty of space for us all to spread out and enjoy our vacation. We were two families of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances to make eating in a breeze. The location was perfect for our itnierary for the week. We were close enough to all the spots we wanted to visit while also not being in the busy parts of the area. The rooftop offered a marvelous view of the ocean and surrounding area. We will return!

Amazing
This property is absolutely beautiful and is perfect for a large family or a group of friends. It’s very spacious and the view from the roof top balcony is spectacular.
