UPDATED YEAR ROUND LAKE HOUSE

A renter's dream! Year round lake house located on the WEST side of Conesus Lake. This 7 bedroom (sleeps 20 in beds), 3 1/2 bath lake house makes for a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life OR maybe a new place to work from home.
Our family bought this cottage 10 years ago, so that we can make memories at the lake together. Unfortunately, there are a lot of times we are not using the lake house due to life getting in the way. We want other families to have the opportunity to experience the magic of being on the water and make memories that will last a lifetime!

Great for families (multiple) to rent year round to enjoy all seasons and activities that go along with them. Included in the property....Swimming (water mat included), fishing, kayaking (2), paddle board, (2), pedal boat tube for your boat, water skis, inflatable rafts, beach toys. BOAT and JET SKI ARE NOT INCLUDED. Private dock will be in by May and taken out in October. There is room to tie up a boat if you choose to bring your own or rent. Also and extra jet ski hoist. Enjoy beautiful fall foliage around the lake, and cozy up by the fireplace in the winter after ice fishing or duck hunting. The lake house also includes a large deck for dinners and entertaining, which includes an outdoor TV, outdoor dart board, and grill. There is also a firepit with chairs and area for lawn games. If the weather isn't cooperating no worries there are lots of board/card games to play!!!



Looking to get out a bit? Conesus lake has lots to offer...Deer Run Winery, coffee shops, local shops, bars, breweries, golf courses. There are two restaurants that you can boat up to as well as drive to (Beachcomber & ). Minnehans fun center (go-carts, miniature golf, batting cages, arcade, food, ice cream). You can also take a quick car ride into Geneseo, NY. This town provides lots more restaurants, shopping , Wegmans, Walmart, movie theatre, bowling. Letchworth State Park is also a close drive to go hiking and check out the falls.

Onsite WASHER and DRYER provided, plenty of closet space, extra fridge and freezer(2). Air Conditioning in all rooms! Linens and towels provided.
4 parking spaces in driveway and then extra parking on street available. FIRST FLOOR MASTER BEDROOM/BATH!

This property is absolutely a most phenominal lake house. Our family has been renting for the past 8 years and this property is by far the best. The views, the onsite amenities and the location are just a few of the attributes that make this rental a must. Dana makes the owner/renter experience a joy and is very responsive which makes the check-in/check-out process very smooth. We have 3 kids with their spouses and our 6 grandchildren and we fit very comfortably in this house. There's enough rooms and bathrooms to go around! This place is definitely an A in our books.

Second year, renting this property and I can’t say enough about it. It’s very clean well appointed has everything you could possibly need to have a great time on the lake. Kitchen is fully stocked with so many things and all the lake toys, lifejackets, paddle boat, kayaks etc. plenty of room for everyone! Dana is a super host and gets back to you quickly with any concerns. Highly recommend this house!

We had an incredible stay at the lake house! The property was even more charming in person—spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The highlight of the trip for the kids was definitely exploring and playing with the rocks on the pebble beach right by the water. And when a big rainstorm rolled through, the large covered porch was an absolute lifesaver, allowing us to still enjoy the fresh air and outdoors while staying completely dry and cozy. Dana was fantastic—incredibly responsive, welcoming, and provided crystal-clear check-in and parking instructions. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat with gorgeous views and all the comforts of home, this is the place. We didn't want to leave and are already booked again for next year! Highly recommend!

Wonderful week at the lake

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The house comes with just about anything you could imagine. The location is perfect with the walk in beach area, dock, beautiful deck, multiple rooms, it truly fit all of my families needs!

Annual Family Vacation

Great location - lakefront, lots of amenities, friendly community . Lake house was spacious and well stocked with everything you could possibly need . Owner was helpful, gracious and prompt to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend.
