Our stay at this home was great, the hot tub was great and very clean! The home is located in a great location and lovely neighborhood and accommodations were great! The owner was communicative and got back to us quickly with any questions we had! Thank you and we will definitely be back!

We loved our stay. The boys loved their room with a tv. It was clean and roomy. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Jessica was very easy to communicate with.

Everything was clean, and the house had just about everything we needed. I did think I was going to have more access to the lake, but we had no issue making things work nearby. Host very friendly and responsive. Would stay again!

Wonderful property, very updated, lovely hot tub, and easy walk to the lake. Communication was excellent with the hosts. We had an appliance issue part way through our stay, and they came immediately to fix it. Very responsive!

The home was lovely, clean, and convenient to the Lake. The grounds and hot tub were also peaceful. Easy access, and grateful it was dog friendly. I would definitely return. The Lake was a great play to Kayak.

We stayed here a couple nights and explored the area. It was super fun and comfortable for our group that had kids, teens and adults.

The house was nice, clean, and had everything we needed! The host was very quick to respond to questions and a minor issue. We had a little trouble finding the lake access close to the house. Jessica got back to me immediately. We relaxed in the hot tub often, enjoyed dinners and family game nights on the spacious dining room table. Beds were comfy and nice shower! The area has so much to offer! I recommend kayaking not only in Honeoye Lake, but especially Canadice! Letchworth State Park is stunning, as is Conklin's Gully although the latter is a rather challenging hike. Obviously wineries are fun! I recommend highly!

Great vacation area! The owner is wonderful (excellent communication and very helpful) and the adorable cottage was perfect (clean, well-stocked with all necessities, pet-friendly, and in a quiet neighborhood)! We highly recommend staying here. Lots of nearby restaurants too!

The property is very nice, it was comfortable and clean and had all the amenities. The patio with the gas fire pit, hot tub and seating was a bonus!

The house was very well laid out, cute decorations, and pretty much had everything we needed. Even the beds were very comfortable! The hot tub was wonderful, and general items in the kitchen and around the house (extra linens, toilet paper, etc.) were easy to find. The walk to the lake was easy and short, too, and very pleasant even in the cold (we visited in March). We would gladly stay here again, and we're interested in seeing how it is in warmer weather!

This home was the perfect setting for our family visit. We drove to Rochester and we drove to Corning Museum of Glass for easy day trips. There was plenty of space to spread out inside and the yard was spacious with a beautiful old willow tree in front. We enjoyed hearing a rooster, woodpecker and doves in the mornings. Kayaking at Honeoye lake was a highlight and we enjoyed two locations of Twisted Rail restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Host was responsive and kind. We definitely want to come again soon!

We had a nice stay. Everything was as advertised. The lid to the hot tub was difficult to work with. We almost couldn't get the lid back on. It is way too heavy for ladies to manage.

The house was a nice little cottage. And we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit enormously! The host Jess was very responsive to all of our questions. But it was a lot farther from the beach area than we would have liked. Generally, The house was clean. But when I got there I noticed there were toothpaste splatters on the faucet in the bathroom. I didn't think anything of it until we had a serious problem with pet hair in the bed with us when we went to bed late at night. To the point where we had to strip the bed and remake it before we could sleep.Additionally, the outdoor area had obviously not been cleaned in quite a while. It would be really nice if they could have done that so I didn't have to do it before we could sit in the chairs and use the tables.
