Old Florida at its Best!! Quiet and off the beaten path. House has plenty of room to stretch out and is true the nautical. Very warm and inviting. Easy access off US 1 and ample trailer parking for our 22ft pontoon. Our first successful lobster season. Caught 15 over 2 days. This was our 3rd visit to this home and we will be back! Thanks to hosts Barry & Tammy.

Girls trip dream

Our stay of 5 girls total was lovely!! Tammy and Barrys home was perfect for our little get away. We enjoyed the beautiful sunset and fishing from the docks out back. Beautiful property and we hope to visit again soon.

Great stay at Conch Key!

We had a fabulous time and really enjoyed the proximity to the water. Our 17 year old son and his friend even caught 2 tarpon from the dock. We enjoyed gorgeous sunsets every night, and loved exploring on the sea kayaks. It was a great vacation!

Our first visit to the Keys, and this place was great! Centrally located in the Keys, with easy access to Route 1, you can be in Key Largo in an hour, or Old Town Key West in about an hour and a half. In between road trips, we took advantage of the available fishing rods, nearby bike and walking trail, and just lounging on the deck after sunset.

Our stay here was amazing. Best vacation I’ve had in years

Everything we needed was there. I loved the nautical theme of the house. It was like a time machine of old Key West!!

Wonderful experience!

The cottage was very cute and full of character! We appreciate the great hospitality Barry extended. Would definitely suggest this as a great place to stay for some time in the Florida Keys!

THE BEST VACAY

Wonderful vacation rental! Authentically rustic yet convenient and perfectly suited to all of our needs. We absolutely will be back in 2025 and stay a full 7 days this time.

awesome and comfortable

The owners were great. The sailboat sailed well and was very nice. We had a great time. It will be an annual vacation for us.

Great Stay

We recently had a week-long stay at this property in Conch Key for the mini lobster season. Berry welcomed us and went out of his way to make our stay comfortable. We enjoyed the nautical decorations and felt it was very clean. To top it all off, the views from the back porch and dock were beautiful.

Nice place to stay

It is full of character. Very Clean. About 20 min from Marathon, where ther is lots of great dining. Burdines is a great waterfont restraunt. But they only have beer and wine.

A wonderful stay

We loved this place. We enjoyed the view, the water, the kayaks, the bikes, the neighborhood, the beach close by, the fishing and snorkeling. We also enjoyed the grilled fish on the deck, the dock, the coziness of the house. We would definitely come back. Thank you so much for a great stay.
