Just perfect!

Liana was so sweet and accommodating about everything, and we loved staying here! The location was perfect and placed right in the center of things in Trastevere. There was some outside noise, especially at night when the bars are full, but it’s quieter in the bedroom and also part of the charm of getting to be so close to everything. 💜 would absolutely stay here again!

Great location in the Trastevere!

Perfect spot in the heart of the Trastevere! Liana was a wonderful host. Great communication!! She checked in to be sure all was well. Walking distance to the Campo di Fiore & Piazza Navona as well as the Vatican. Lots of restaurants and night life just out the door. We will be back!!

Rome, what a city!

We've been in Rome for a city trip. The apartment is very close to the most popular places and buildings. You can reach them by foot in max. 30-35min. The apartment is located in the district Trastevere, a lovely place with lots of restaurants, ice cream shops, bars. It was clean, good and lovely equipped. The owner is constantly very helpful. We will book it again for our next trip to Rome.

Trastevere

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Trastevere, direkt im Zentrum. Es muss einem bewusst sein, dass es nachts sehr laut ist und morgens die Müllabfuhr lautstark die Flaschen aufräumt. Das Apartment ist adäquat eingerichtet. Fenster gibt es jedoch nur als Oberlichter, d.h. Ausblick gibt es nicht. Trastevere ist für mich der authentischste Ort in Rom.

Best place to stay in Rome!

Liana was a great host and made the check in process super easy. The location was great, 20 min walk to train station or 10 min tram ride. Very easy to see all the sites but far enough to stay clear of the big crowds. The place was very clean and had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen. Don’t look any further, book this place.

Really enjoyed our stay! The flat is in a great location close to a lot of great options in Trastevere and Rome. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable and very clean. Communication was excellent as well throughout our entire stay. We would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed the location

Everything was great about the location and how close to the action. We didn't have any issues with sound but we sleep with a sound machine on our phone so it blocked anything out that we might have heard. I would stay here again.

Amazing stay - Liana is the best host!

First, I need to praise Liana. Communication was A+, she checked in with me as we got close to our trip, instructions were clear, follow-up was incredible, PLUS she was amazingly kind, thoughtful, and considerate in every communication. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s house. Now, the flat — it’s awesome! Nice living room, the bedroom was more than comfortable. The bathroom had everything needed, including washing machine, hair dryer, and because the Trastevere neighborhood can be busy and noisy, Liana leaves guests earplugs. (We didn’t use them.). There’s an ironing board in the closet, laundry supplies, the kitchen has a stove stop, oven, refrigerator, espresso machine, and electric kettle. Nice dishes, flatware, pots and pans. Everything is in excellent condition, thoughtful, and nicely placed. She even has an umbrella and a rolling shopping cart by the door in case you need them. Trastevere is very busy. If you are looking for a quiet, remote place, this isn’t for you. BUT I can’t recommend enough that you consider what it’s like to be in the absolute best part of Rome, in the heart of real Rome. The noise was not off putting; I loved the vibrancy and life going on. Amazing food was in every direction, the squares are happening and active. We spent 5 nights here, and I only wish there was more time. Liana, THANK YOU for sharing this gem of an apartment — I hope to come again soon!

Perfect for us

Its lovely and in a lovely area of Trastevere. Liana couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. Only fly in ointment is one big step to get in out. Fine for young and abled folks; could be a problem for older folks. But for the reasonably fit (I'm 76 and found it only a bit of a challenge), this place is some kind of Paradise.

Great place to stay

The apartment was great and is a good location for site seeing The street got a little noisy at night but not bad. The property manager/owner was excellent with checking in with us to make sure our stay was going well and providing very help suggestions for were to eat and what to do. We enjoyed outlet stay very much.

Idéalement situé (30' de marche des principaux monuments)

Appartement cosy (sur parquet), très bien équipé (tout est neuf ou presque) : cuisine avec four, nombreux ustensiles pour se faire à manger, boites hermétiques pour les restes, machine à café, LV ; salle de bain avec MAL, seche-cheveux et lisseur, douche avec puissance ; chambre avec bonne literie, le canapé lit du salon convient à des jeunes plutôt qu'à des adultes. L'appartement peut manquer de luminosité les jours couverts ou de pluie car les fenêtres sont assez hautes (ouverture par système électrique, de même que les volets) ; mais à ROME on passe sa vie dehors..... Pas de vis à vis avec la rue. L'appartement est à 30' de marche des principaux sites de visite (40 pour le Vatican) et est désservi par des arrêts de bus à proximité. Nombreux restos tout près. Petites rues agréables. Quartier animé notamment avec le bar "le calisto", une institution.... Le seul bémol est le manque d'isolation de la porte d'entrée dans le salon qui fait qu'on entend tous les bruits extérieurs de la rue notamment la nuit (noctambules, chauffeurs pressés -pourtant on est dans une petite rue)- éboueurs pour le verre...) MAIS la fatigue des visites vous permet de bien dormir.... Liana est une hôte extrêmement agréable : échanges nombreux avant, pendant et après le séjour, réponses rapides et amicales... Elle apporte des conseils et fait en sorte que le voyage se passe bien (ex:check-in + tôt et check out + tard si logement dispo...). Location A RECOMMANDER, notamment pour 2 adultes.

Casa Cisterna - Fantastico!

Where do I begin....what a fantastic property and an amazing host (Liana). I have been to Rome and Trastevere many times, but Liana made this a memorable trip. She was very accommodating and made sure we were happy with our stay. The apartment is exceptional and well appointed with everyday necessities. The apartment is located in a great location and in walking distance to many of the historic sites and attractions, we very rarely used a taxi or public transportation, although there is a cab stand and public transportation close to the apartment. There is also a local supermarket down the street (Conad) that has everything you need for your stay. The neighborhood has a vibrant nightlife and there are many restaurants, retail shops and bars in the area all within walking distance. They is a local restaurant across the street (Sospiro) which has excellent cuisine and a great staff. We plan to return soon! Highly recommended!!!
