Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re sorry to hear the apartment did not fully meet your expectations, especially regarding the lower-level location and some maintenance issues you mentioned. Our listing does specify the apartment is on the lower ground floor and the property manager was not made aware of these concerns during your stay, which limited our ability to address them promptly. We appreciate your comments and will review them to improve the experience for future guests. We hope you still enjoyed your time exploring Edinburgh.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re really glad you enjoyed the comfort and location of the property, but so sorry about the freezer issue on arrival. We can only imagine how much hassle it is dealing with a defrosting appliance when you just want to relax and enjoy your stay. On review, we discovered a miscommunication that caused both a delay and the wrong refund amount being processed. This is rare for us and we can only apologise that it happened during your stay. We’ve now issued an additional refund to better reflect the inconvenience and we hope to welcome you back to Scotland for a smoother, more enjoyable experience.
