Stayed here for 4 nights in July, 2026, with my brothers-in-law, their spouses and two teens. We had a perfect time! Very hot but the pool and the a/c throughout the villa made it all very comfortable. The surroundings are gorgeous, and location was great for ease of access to stores, restaurants, sites and mile after mile of beautiful countryside! We visited a few wineries, ate and cooked to our hearts content, and enjoyed every moment. Gianni and Valentina were wonderful, responsive and very friendly. We thank Gianni for sharing his insights to help us have a very special time. Our visit to Volterra was especially memorable. Thank you!

The villa was perfect for welcoming our friends and family during our one-month stay. It’s even better than the photographs depict. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, offering the privacy of an ensuite bath in every bedroom. The kitchen is well outfitted, with space for several cooks to pitch-in for meal preparation and participation in cooking lessons with the chef recommended by Gianni and Valentina. The pool was a welcome respite after a day of exploring the nearby hilltop towns, Florence, or Siena, and the view of San Gimignano from it is tremendous. I would have no reservations in returning or recommending Gianni and Valentina’s home. They are outstanding hosts - friendly and genuine.

We stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful villa. This is our 4th trip in Italy renting a villa and this property exceeded our expectations. We are 3 couples in our 60’s touring Italy. The description and pictures are spot on. The furnishings, beds and bedding, kitchen appliances and utensils are all in excellent condition. Valentina & Gianni are wonderful hosts providing suggestions for great restaurants in the area and managing our dinner reservations. We had a minor issue with our rental car and Valentina guided us to body shop who fixed the issue within an hour We spent every morning swimming in the lovely pool a d every evening outdoors enjoying an after dinner cocktail. Outdoor furniture is perfect and the views are extraordinary. We had a really fun time in the pasta cooking class that Valentina organized at the property The villa is in an ideal location to visit the medieval hilltop villages. Do not hesitate to book this property.

Wonderful stay! Gianni and Valentina were excellent hosts and the property is lovely. Great location, near so many things to see and do. Highly recommend!
