Tuscan Villa

Oliva and the staff were without a doubt the most incredible hosts I have ever encountered. The Villa was even more beautiful than the pictures and the service was second to none. I can’t wait to go back.

Absolutely Lovely!

We stayed with 6 other people for a week and it was better than I even imagined! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Great restaurant suggestions, a beautiful breakfast was laid out each morning. (It had a lot of Downton Abby vibes.) I couldn't recommend this property more and hope to return one day!

Amazing!

We had an amazing time at the villa Nozzole. The place was beautiful and the management was extremely responsive. Olivia was flexible and accommodating and had great communication throughout our stay. We love the location, the views, and the pool. The winery tour and tasting was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I would recommend this villa to anyone visiting the Chianti region.

Outstanding Property with phenomenal views

Everyone loved their time at the Villa. The photographs of the property are very accurate but the villa looks even better in person. The quietness is special with the incredible, gorgeous views from the villa. It is a professionally managed property and it was a once in a lifetime experience that we will always remember fondly. I highly recommend that you stay at the Villa. It is the best in my humble opinion. Enjoy!

Amazing place for our wedding! Blew away our expectations!

We don’t know where to begin, Oliva, the house manager, made our stay so easy and welcoming. The daily staff and chefs available to cook dinners upon request were all amazing! The Villa is set amongst vineyards, thick forest, and olive trees, it’s the perfect private escape for a vacation or wedding. The pictures of the views and pool don’t do it justice, you have to see it to really feel how beautiful this place is. Villa Nozzole, their wine tasting and barrel room, and the hospitality of everyone is a Tuscan experience you can’t miss. Our wedding was a destination wedding, we rented the main villa and their second house, Casa Vecchia, in total sleeping 28 between them both. Our families and friends were blown away by the beauty and the location couldn’t be better: 10mins to Greve with its beautiful square and restaurants, 14mins to one of the best restaurants weve ever been to, La Castellana, and a stones throw away from a ton more wineries and restaurants to get the full Tuscany experience. Our families are already trying to plan a trip back to Villa Nozzole... we will definitely be back!

The most amazing vacation

We had a group of 17 family members, aged 3 to 80, and it was a magical trip for everyone. The villa was even better than pictured - it was stunningly beautiful with perfectly maintained grounds, multiple areas for indoor and outdoor gathering and entertaining, and gorgeous views in every direction. It was a mile walk to the nearest town and a central location for visiting Florence, Sienna and all the surrounding hill towns (although as other reviewers mentioned, it was hard to tear yourself away from the Villa!)The pool and pool area was fantastic for the 5 kids and all the adults. There is a shaded area for food and snacks and plenty of sun chairs, all overlooking a beautiful valley view.The services provided by the villa were also amazing. The daily room cleaning and delicious breakfasts were fantastic amenities. We loved squeezing our own orange juice every morning while feating on all the home made pastries and dishes.Our advice to everyone is that you take the Villa's recommendation and have one of their suggested chefs prepare dinner for nights you are at the Villa. Given the size of our group, we had Christina cook every night for us and it was DELICIOUS (plus a lot easier than booking restaurants for 17 people!)We also used the Villa's suggested vendors for Florence tour guides, luxury car rental "experiences" and drivers to take us to some of the surrounding towns. Everyone they recommended was excellent.10000% recommend this villa.

A Lifetime of Memories

We stayed at Villa Nozzole to celebrate my mother's 75th Birthday. There were 14 of us traveling to Greve, who stayed for a week. Another 14 cousins (local) met us at the Villa for the celebration. We could not have asked for a more PERFECT venue for the celebration and vacation. I arranged everything for the trip and from my first email with Olivia, the manager to our heartfelt goodbyes, she and the staff were nothing but wonderful. Olivia, helped us plan the party for 28, a luncheon the next day for 28, wine tasting, and a cooking class on sight. The Accommodations were fabulous. There were plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms, and sitting areas. We never felt that we were on top of one another. Breakfast each morning was pleasantly awaiting us. The grounds of the Villa offered the most spectacular scenery in Tuscany. I have been to Italy quite a few times, and never did I experience it the way we did by staying at Villa Nozzle. I would highly recommend staying there for any occasion. I wish we were able to make this an annual gathering. Please ask to do a tour of their winery. Loved seeing the sun rise and set over the hills each day. Enjoyed seeing the wild boars out at night on some of the remote side roads. Villa Nozzole is right outside the town of Greve in Chianti-a must see. Lots of wonderful restaurants near by. Also, visit the American War Cemetery. Florence is within a 45 Min drive. San Gimignano, Sienna, Lucca, Forte dei Marme are all within day trips. Again, would recommend without reservation. Make up a reason to gather family and or friends just to go to Villa Nozzole.

Este es el lugar indicado si quieres pasar una estancia hermosa, vistas preciosas , jardines para estar , atardeceres increíbles , es necesario que rentes coche para tener una estadía agradable, inolvidables vacaciones! Y el vino delicioso! El desayuno que te ofrecen diario es espectsculsr!

The breakfast offering was great with lots of variety. They stock the house with wines, waters, beers, and other beverages which was a great service and time saver. You just pay at the end of stay for whatever you consume.We had a Chef, that they recommended, cook dinner for us 4 nights.. Pizza party, couple traditional dinners, and then a Cooking class/dinner, all was delicious, plenty of food, and the cooking class was a great deal of fun for all the guests. The area is mostly wineries for tastings, not a lot of great restaurant options, but Florence is only 25-30 min drive from Villa, so we opted for other dinners there after a day of sightseeing and shopping. The Winery's tasting room on property is quite nice and had a great time one afternoon there as well. Housekeeping staff each day was also a nice amenity that was included in their rate. Great location, great hosts, highly recommend.

Best Stay in Italy

This was one of the most magical experiences of my life. Loved the house, the staff, and the extra services we were able to book (Chefs and truffle hunters who came to the house). Absolutely incredible, and fantastic stay from start to finish.

Special Birthday Celebration

Villa Nozzole, from the moment of booking to the day of check-out, met and exceeded all of our expectations. Eighteen of us descended on the villa from various origins simultaneously and all were wowed by the level of attention, efficiencies and welcoming spirit generated by both the facility and staff. The villa itself proved stunning. Its grandeur, decor, location and ambiance were in a word, breathtaking. Morning breakfasts presented on our schedule were wonderful. The size of the villa made it so accommodating, truly a special place. Kitchen facilities made it possible for us foodies to prepare some memorable meals as a group. We retained the services of Chef Alessio Sedran for our spectacular celebratory dinner and subsequent pizza night, both of whom were held outside in the garden while the sun set over the Tuscan mountains. They sourced live entertainment, created a magical setting and overall made it truly special, paying attention to every detail and meeting the high expectations of my wife, a designer that over the year spent in planning, developed the vision for the week that was delivered on all aspects. We would like to make a special mention is expressing our sincere appreciation to Ms. Oliva and her entire staff who went above and beyond their duties each and every day to make this experience stand out. All of our guests were extremely pleased. For this, we would like to single out Oliva for all her special efforts, e-mails, overseas telephone calls, meetings, on-site visits, and all the many other little details which made this trip so special, On behalf of the entire group, THANK YOU.

The most Amazing view of Vineyards and rolling hills of Tuscany

Our time at Villa Nozzole could not have been better. We were a group of 4 families from Texas (8 adults and 10 kids ranging from 5-15 yrs). The house and grounds felt like a castle and the best part was the view of the Nozzole vineyards and the Tuscan hills. Here are our favorite things about this villa and why I gave our experience 5 stars: -Every evening the adults drank wine on the terrace surrounded by geraniums and watched the sunset while the kids swam in the heated pool or played barefoot in the yard. The view of the Tuscan hills NEVER got old. -The full breakfast every morning was amazing. Marta and Luanna made our eggs to order and the kids loved that. -Oliva (the house manager) is extremely professional and could run a 5 star resort on her own if she wanted to.:) -The complimentary wine tasting of Tenute Nozzole was impressive. And we upgraded our wine at the villa to the Nozzole Brunello and the Chianti Reserve. - The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Mattresses were more comfortable than my own mattress at home. We went on several day trips including Florence, Siena, wine tasting in Montalcino/Montepulciano, the Florence American WW2 cemetery, and San Gimignano. The day trips were wonderful, but make sure to plan a few days just at the villa. We have been to Tuscany several times and Villa Nozzole raised the bar to a new level.

An unforgettable wedding week in Villa Nozzole

Me and my husband got married last August in Villa Nozzole. We spent the week leading up to the wedding in the villa with our families and everything was perfect. The villa is very big so there is enough space for everyone. The interiour is beautiful and luxourius and the outdoor space is magical.. specially during the sunset. The staff at the property was lovely. Oliva, the house manager, was so wonderful, helpful and nice and Graziella, the housekeeper and chef, was very warm and welcoming and she and her team made delicious breackfast for us every moring (including eggs any style, fresly squeezed orange juice and pancakes plus so much more) and we arranged for them to cook dinner four us one night and that was really good as well. We had chef Alessio arrange a cooking class for the group and a pizza night on the terrace, and both was excallent. We also had a masseuse and a yoga instructor come to the villa and everybody in our party was very pleased with them. Our wedding was like a dream and the staff at the villa was so wonderful and did everything in their power to make our day special. We would definately recommend this property to any group who wants to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in an unique surroundings.

OMG! PERFECT!

We have rented many vacation villas in the past. None compares with this property! 13 members of our family stayed for 8 days and nights. We all enjoyed and agree this was the best vacation ever! Our breakfasts were great prepared by Graziella. Then, Graziella and my son jointly prepared a dinner! They had so much fun and the food was great! Ms. Oliva was so easy to work with and very helpful and courteous. She made our vacation a spectacular memory! She could not have been more helpful! She had great suggestions and nothing was left to chance. She anticipated opportunities that we never even contemplated. I would go back in a minute! I hope some day we return to enjoy this great villa!

FAMILY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION IN TUSCANY !!!!

My entire family of 13 stayed at Villa Nozzole for a week. Villa Nozzole is absolutely stunning. The Villa is magnificent, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards ! The 10 BR and 10 Bathrooms accomodated my entire family. The Staff was friendly, professional and attended to all of our needs. Grazielle, our cook, prepared a lovely welcome dinner and Luana and Martha for all of our fabulous breakfasts. Olivia Busignani, the Villa Hospitality Manager, was amazing. So professional, so friendly, making sure everything was perfect. I can honestly say I am very fond of her and my family loved all of her help. The Villa is gorgeous. We enjoyed all the amenities from the kitchen, to the stocked wine from your collection, the pool and gardens - it was more than we even anticipated ! Unforgettable Stay at Villa Nozzle, simply the BEST!

Villa Nozzole was the perfect place for our family reunion consisting of 15 members. The service provided by Oliva, Graziella and the rest of the staff was outstanding! Graziella’s dinner upon our arrival was absolutely delicious and we always looked forward to the daily homemade mouth watering breakfast. Villa Nozzole is perfectly situated and allowed us to enjoy both the Villa and some of Tuscany’s finest cities. The property and amenities are top notch and our entire family had an unforgettable experience. Our family is still talking about our stay and would love to return again. Thank you Villa Nozzole for memories that will last a lifetime for our multi-generational family.

Beautiful villa, lovely bedrooms, outstanding views and extremely accommodating staff

I arranged to stay at Hotel Nozzole to celebrate my 50th birthday. We invited 14 of our closest friends. This was a trip of a lifetime. The villa was impressive, beautiful, clean and luxurious. The weather was fabulous so we used the pool most days. We took day trips to several of the little towns around Chianti as well as a full day of wine tasting. Our days were full and, although, we enjoyed the lovely restaurants around Greve, we really enjoyed the meals made at the villa. We were able to schedule these meals the day before. This was nice as our group came and went as they pleased. The food was really delicious. The villa keeps a wine fridge stocked with Villa Nozzole wine and they keep track of what you drink. You then pay at the end of your stay for only what you have consumed. We found the prices of the wine very reasonable and delicious. Our stay was definitely better than we even anticipated. Our group was full of people that travel all over the world and appreciate the high level of service that the villa provided. I'm already thinking of how I can get back to Tuscany.

Heaven in Tuscany

The first day after returning home I found myself saying, " I miss the villa." I missed its beauty, its sense of gathering, its people, and the memories shared while on vacation there with my family. Villa Nozzole is a one of a kind property that was the perfect location for a family reunion. It is large, spacious, and beautiful - yet inviting and warm. The staff, especially Oliva and Graziella, are amazingly kind and welcoming. I highly welcome the villa to any group wishing to make a trip filled with one of a kind memories.

Beautiful property overlooking the Nozzole vineyards.

The overall experience was 5 stars. Olivia the property manager was there everyday to answer any questions and help us plan day trips, dinners, etc. She was incredibly friendly and caring. She has a real love for the property and made sure our family had everything we needed during our stay. The property was beautiful and well kept. It is clear a lot of care goes into keeping the property looking the way it does. The service provided was also top notch. Our family of 12 had some of the best dinners we have ever had at the property prepared for us. They were in many cases better than most of our restaurant dining experiences in Italy. We used both the in house cook and outside cook to prepare meals for us. They were very accommodating for whatever our family wanted to eat. The bedrooms were comfortable and large. Each had it's own bathroom with showers that had great water pressure. There were plenty of places for a large family to sit comfortably and talk. The dining room has a large table that can easily sit a large family. Our family of 12 felt tiny at it. The Villa also had an elevator which is great for older individuals and luggage. Overall, our family had zero complaints about our stay. The service and overall experience was amazing Everyone loved it so much they already want to go back someday. It was even talked about being a family reunion location. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to experience the Chianti region and relax. I wouldn't recommend this property if you are not looking to spend time at the Villa and want to do excursions to big cities everyday. The villa is truly meant to be appreciated in it's beauty and relax. It is not a place you want to just come back at night to sleep at. -The Faustines.

Casa mto confortavel e conservada, paisagem mto linda, cafe manha bom!! A piscina nao aqueceu, impossibilitou uso!!! Tivemos um problema com a governanta da casa, sra oliva, nem um pouco simpatica e nao resolutiva, os demais demais funcionarios alegres e amaveis!!! Em resumo, casa e local nota 5 e staff nota 3!!!

Amazing stay at Villa Nozzle. Grazie Mille!

We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Villa Nozzle with some of our close friends. It was nothing but perfection from the initial planning over email with Francesca to arriving and having Oliva help arrange and answer any questions we had. We had a delicious breakfast every morning and a couple meals at the villa as well that were absolutely delicious. All the staff; Graziella, Martha, and Luana were so amazing at making us feel at home and even sharing some cooking tips. Everyone was absolutely lovely and so kind during our stay. The Villa itself was the perfect combination of old world with modern amenities. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and up to date with the most charming details. The villa is gorgeous and every room stunning, yet comfortable. We really enjoyed sitting outside amongst the olive tree's watching the sunset overlooking the vineyards sipping Nozzle Classico Chianti, our favorite wine. Going to different towns or even Florence was an easy trip, although once we got to the villa it was difficult to leave. It's definitely a place you can stay for a week and never leave. It really is the perfect place for a family or group of friends to take time off and escape. Thank you to everyone at Villa Nozzle for making our anniversary and stay at your villa magical!

Gracie Mille! The most magical place in Tuscany.

We decided to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary in Tuscany, Italy and of course make a party out of it with some of our friends. Villa Nozzle was so perfect from the moment we started making arrangement over email with Francesca to our arrival and to our departure. Oliva was available daily to answer questions and arrange outings and all the staff was super friendly and helpful when needed. We had a delicious home made buffet breakfast every morning cooked by the wonderful staff and a few meals that were absolutely amazing. The villa itself is the perfect combination of old world charm with all the modern amenities in each room. Sunsets out over looking the vineyards sipping Nozzle Classico Chianti was probably my favorite past time during our stay. I cannot say enough about the magic of this villa, it's truly spectacular and we will be coming back!

Magical place for a magical experience!

Wow! Villa Nozzole was the most magical place for the most magical experience. I planned my 50th birthday party with close friends and family for over a year. It was my dream to rent a villa and have everyone show up for great food, great wine and lots of laughs. That is exactly what we got. Francesa made everything so easy to plan from another country. She recommended Chef Alessio Sedran for our formal dinner and cooking class ,which was a huge hit. Wine tasting on the property at the winery was fantastic. Do not miss the Proseco! Oliva, the house manager, made sure that everything was perfect, from food to wine to local restaurants. The house staff were so lovely. They put out a beautiful breakfast every morning. We created some beautiful memories in this villa. It's a very special place, run by very special people. I highly recommend it!
