Whether you want to relax and unwind whilst enjoying the balcony with a glass of your favourite drink or get out and frolic on the beach, enjoy the pier and all its rides this is the place for you.

Home from home with everything you could need for your holiday or visit to Southend

Working from home whilst away or a corporate visit, no problem with our allocated workspace and fast Wi-Fi.
The space
You will access directly into the living room.

The living room is stylishly decorated and is equipped with a large 50 inch TV with Netflix provided. Their is ample seating and a beautiful sofa bed in the living space. Their is a desk and chair in case you need to work during your visit alongside fast WI-FI to enable you to work fully. The balcony is just off the living space with double doors out to this space. Their is seating here for you t enjoy soaking up the sun, a drink in the evening or socialising with the group.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table and 4 chairs for enjoying a home cooked meal or some fish and chips from the local take away. The kitchen has spices, herbs, toiletries and some essentials provided. With plenty workspace, utensils, pots, pans and knives whipping up a home cooked meal couldn't be easier whilst away from your usual kitchen

We have 2 bedrooms. Setup as a king and 2 singles but the main beds can be split to 4 singles or the spare room can be turned and arranged as a king for 2 couples for instance (talk about flexible!). There are hanging rails and some shelves for clothing but don't worry if there isn't enough space here as the living rooms built in cupboards has further wardrobe and hanging rail space.

The shower room is designed beautifully. A large shower that has toiletries provided (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) and a basin with soap and lotion alongside the toilet with toilet roll also.
