This 270 m2 built property divided into 2 floors has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles and 1 triple. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom. On the first floor, we will find the fully equipped kitchen. With a view of the pool and a low window, through which to pass from hand to hand the rich breakfast dishes in the morning that we will enjoy on the large covered porch. Continuing, we will see a pleasant dining room with a fireplace. Independently, we will give the living room, the most renovated part of the farm. This room has a set of really comfortable sofas, which will make you doubt whether or not to go up to the room to rest! Room connected to the covered barbecue. The living room has a comfortable smart TV. Finally, the first floor has a full bathroom with a shower.
Going up the stairs, on the second floor we will find the first of the rooms, a very pleasant room with views of the pool and a complete bathroom en suite. Fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and heating. All rooms have the same characteristics.
The second room has two single beds, a separate exit on one side of the house and a complete bathroom en suite. Right next to this room is the laundry area, a large area with a washer and dryer, as well as shelves to store everyday belongings. Finally, we will arrive at the last of the rooms, the most private of them, this double room has a double bed, TV, complete bathroom en suite and views to the rear of the villa, which offers a view of the wide land who owns the property, giving complete privacy to the stay.
As for the exterior area of ​​the property, the house has a manual gate, a large area with a lot of shade due to the large number of trees that are connected to each other, to park a variety of cars.

Being a rural area, it is recommended to transport by car. The municipality of Santa Margalida as well as Can Picafort offers taxi service.
We recommend renting a car.

Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not release the customer from his duty of care. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In structures where an extra bed can be placed, and always subject to availability, the cost is €15 per person per day.
Note 3. If a late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost is €50 until 1:00 p.m. and €90 until 4:00 p.m.
Note 4. Electricity is not included in the price, the cost is 0.30€/Kw to be paid on the day of departure.
Note 5. The property has central heating which is charged at €35 per day if this service is requested.
