The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen with a snack point, a bathroom and a walk-in closet. It is equipped with all comforts such as a washing machine which make the accommodation ideal even for longer stays.


POSITION
The accommodation is located near a hilly area and a stone's throw from the Parco Casale. The historic center and the seafront are also within easy reach, as are public transport links, beach establishments and various commercial activities (fruit and vegetables, bars, newsagent's, pizzerias, grocery stores)

The railway station can also be reached by public transport or in 20 minutes on foot.
To reach the building without means, the presence of a climb should be noted.

Rapallo is also a strategic point to reach Genoa and the most beautiful sites of Levante Ligure (Portofino, Santa Margherita Ligure, Sestri Levante, 5 Terre, Val D'Aveto) or simply to enjoy the relaxation and uniqueness of a stay by the sea.
