Cascais center House with garden

The house is located in the center of Cascais, in a very quiet residential street, just 5 minutes walking distance from the local trade, cafes and restaurants, public transports and all kind of different services for your comfort. Also walking distance from the beaches with calm waters of the Estoril Coast. Street parking is public and paid. Free public parking is available a 10-minute walk away.
As you enter the house, a hallway welcomes you and gives access to two comfortable bedrooms with huge wardrobes and air conditioning.
One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds.
The hallway opens onto a large hall where you will find a bedroom with a semi-double bed, perfect for an adult or two children, and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and the other with a walk-in shower.
Hair dryer, towels, hand gel, shower gel and shampoo included.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you need to prepare a home meal. It has hob and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, iron and ironing board.
The living room is comfortable and modernly furnished with a sofa-bed for two extra Guests, two armchairs, a cupboard and a TV with international channels. WI-FI access available throughout the house.
The living room gives access to a balcony with chairs and also to the garden.
The garden with its green grass and trees is the perfect place to relax and sunbathe on the sun loungers in complete peace of mind or enjoy an outdoor meal with the barbecue.

Region:
Inserted in a region near the Sintra - Cascais Natural Park, a protected natural area of outstanding beauty, bounded by green pines and surrounded by one of the best golf courses in the area - Quinta da Marinha.
It is also very close, 15 minutes by car, from one of the best beaches in the area, the Guincho’s beach, internationally known by surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and now more recently the paddle surfing lovers.
For the equestrian arts lovers, it’s also available the equestrian center at Quinta da Marinha, as well as a full gym with tennis and paddle.
Within 2-6 km are the Marina and Cascais Naval Club, the center of Cascais with all its shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes and bars, the Estoril Congress Centre, the Casino Estoril and the Estoril Autodrome.
Lisbon is located only 40 minutes by car or public transports.

House rules:
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house;
• Pets are allowed after prior authorization;
• The house is not prepared for people with disabilities;
• No noise allowed in the house after 22:00;
• Take out trash and turn off lights and equipment when not in use.
• It is not allowed to change the position and location of the furniture.
• Loss of key - €100:
• Locked lock that requires technical intervention - the customer pays for the intervention
• Forgetting the keys inside the house, requiring a new visit from the company - 25 €
• At check-in, a manual will be delivered, follow the rules in it.

Check-in – Between 4 pm and 8 pm; before 4 pm only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; late check-in after 8pm will cost €30; Late check-in after 24h will cost €50.
Check-out – Between 08:00 and 11:00; after 11am only if possible and will have an extra cost of €30; early check-out before 6am will cost €50; early check-out before 8am will cost €30.

Cascais City Tax:
Cascais City Council charges a fee of 2€ per night per person from 13 years old with a maximum of 14€ per person. This fee must be paid in cash at check-in.

Extras:

Transfer from / to airport / apartment: €55 up to 4 people, €70 up to 6 people.

Accessories for babies and children: beds / bath / eating chair: additional cost of 5 € / day;

Concierge: We have personalized concierge services with additional costs - which include various services from booking recreational or sports activities, booking restaurants or catering services, babysitting, drivers, guided tours, among many others.

Security Deposit: 200 Euros per booking; they will be refunded if the apartment is in the same conditions in which the guest found it on the day of arrival and no damage has occurred to the apartment or any of its furniture or equipment.
