Start your morning with coffee or yoga on the front porch as the mountains reflect across the lake. Bring your paddleboard or kayak and launch from the water just across the street, or head just ¼ mile to the marina to rent a pontoon boat and spend the day exploring Lake Granby.

Out on the water, cast a line in Cutthroat Bay—one of Colorado’s renowned fishing spots, take in the spectacular mountain scenery, or cruise over to one of the lakefront restaurants for a delicious bite with a view.

Back at the house, gather around the fire, unwind, and let the day melt away in the 5-person hot tub beneath a blanket of Colorado stars.

Inside, the home’s open great room is designed to make the most of its incredible surroundings. Walls of windows fill the space with natural light and showcase 180-degree views of Lake Granby and the surrounding mountains. In winter, the scenery becomes even more magical. - There is no A/C in the home, which is typical for mountain properties. The cool Colorado mountain air and ceiling fans help keep the home comfortable.
- Ceiling fans are located in the primary bedroom and guest bedroom, with additional fans located in closets.
- Absolutely no smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- A Ring doorbell and exterior floodlight are installed for security purposes.
- No parties or events
- Please be aware of any fire restrictions in effect as that impacts the usage of the outdoor fire pit and subject to hefty fines for any violations.
