Location was wonderful - right in town yet a block off Main Street so a touch quieter at night. Host is an excellent communicator and responded to messages in a timely manner. We look forward to returning to this property and we highly recommend for all!

Very much enjoyed our stay there - so conveniently located to town. Very much appreciated the use of the garage. Kitchen was very well appointed with all the usual needs (paper products, soaps, detergent). Bedroom nicely furnished, mattress was comfy. We would definitely consider staying here again on a return trip to Grand Lake.

Our stay at Grand Lake was beautiful and relaxing. Clean, kitchen and bathrooms fully equipped with everything you will need, plus pet friendly. We walked downtown to shop and eat. There is a cute shopping market that has all the food to stock the refrigerator. It is a short trip to the National Park. Lots of hiking trails and places to explore the outdoors and see the wildlife. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The lake is a true treasure. I would encourage others to enjoy this property.

No le gustó: Check-in
Check in instructions were outdated — telling you to use one lockbox, when another one had been installed. Management company told us it would update them.2 small TV’s without instructions on to how to access local channels. Management company was some help, but there need to be instructions available in the condo.

Fabulous stay

We had 5 adults stay at this rental between Christmas and New Years. Great stay, clean, all amenities + as listed. It a block from and street and 2 blocks to the lake. Since we stayed while it snowed there was someone that came to clear the driveway and stairs. We’d love to stay again in the summertime and enjoy the lake!

Great location. Near mainstreet walking distance to lake and town. Very cozy. Lots of stairs.

Wonderful accommodations for my immediate family. Very clean and great location to walk to everythinging. Only downside are the stairs with small children. Bring a baby gate or 2. Be prepared to lug stuff up 2 staircases.

Our Grand Lake stay

Loved the location and unit was nice and clean. Lots of stairs, which made it hard to get luggage in and take dog out. The hand rail needs to be sanded or smoothed down. Our son ended up with several splinters from it. The fenced yard area was very overgrown so our dog would not go into the yard.
