Being in town within steps of Grand Avenue makes it so convenient for group of 16 to really enjoy what the town of Grand Lake has to offer. Glad that you enjoyed your stay. Hope you made great memories in the Rockies. We would be glad to host you again someday!!

Excellent stay, very nice property, we had trouble with the fridge after a brief power outage and the host responded within minutes and helped us get it fixed. 10/10 would stay again

House was a perfect place for the 10 of us. We enjoyed all the amenities: sauna, fire pit, game room. Location was perfect. Only a very short walk to Grand Ave shops and restaurants. You can see Grand Lake from the house. Beautiful. Erik kept communication frequent which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this vacation rental.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 14! Loved by grandparents, parents and grandkids! Perfect location with plenty of space and bathrooms. We loved both balconies for the beautiful space and views. Awesome games and things to do for kids and adults! House is clean with nice dining area, furniture, and decor- has everything you need. Grand Lake happened to have fireworks over the lake while we were there and the view was spectacular from the balconies! We would definately book hear again!!

Great location and house was clean and kitchen stocked with cooking items! we had a family gathering and everyone had a great time and their own space! Age range from 3 to 80!!

This house is the perfect place to stay in Grand Lake. Amazing views on every level of the house. The house layout is perfect for multiple families. Tons of entertainment in the house. We were able to walk everywhere in town from the house. House was clean and decorated nicely. We had everything we needed. Host was friendly and very easy to communicate with.

Our family had a wonderful stay here at Grand Lake. The property was in excellent condition and we enjoyed sitting on the decks and enjoying the views. The house is very spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed to make meals. I personally appreciated the nice kitchen knives.The house had things for everyone from our grandchildren who enjoyed the kids toys to our adult children who enjoyed the Game Room.The house is a great location and we walked into town every day to enjoy the stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed paddle boarding on the lake.Erik was easy to communicate with and he quickly responded to my questions.Our family made wonderful memories here.

This is our favorite getaway home. Since we visit ourselves often, we want the kitchen to have sharp knives and enough cookware to fix whatever we want. We just installed shelving in a closet so now there is a pantry. Tired of leaving everything out on the counters! Thanks again for being our guests. Hope you return soon!

Great Location

Loved our time in Grand Lake. House was located close enough to town and trails that we were able to avoid getting into a car all of the time.

One of our favorite things to do is to walk out the back door and go to the lake and get ice cream from Miyauchi’s. Then dip our feet in the water. So glad that enjoyed your stay. I hope you visit Grand Lake again someday!

Great location. The National park is minutes away. The town is tourists friendly. The home is large and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again on our next trip to the park.
