Amazing waterfront condominium at Boca Ciega Resort

Welcome to enjoy your vacation in this lovely place. This is a one-room condo which has the perfect size for family, couple or even your own. The condo is on the 4th floor which is the highest floor in this building. Luckily, you get the best view and less noise. You can have a commanding view of blue sea anytime you like. All the facility in this condo is new. We could prepare cooking utensil if you want to cook. Enjoy the screened in porch while listening to nature and watching sunsets.
This resort maybe is not that famous. But if you want to have a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is definitely the first choice for you. The condo is very close to shopping mall and restaurant and also convenient to get St. Petersburg, Tampa and Madeira Beaches, and John’s Pass Village.
The resort also provides the nice outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ area, private pier.
We'll provide a new TV and wonderful bedding as it didn't show in the pictures.

Beautiful location. Easy access to shopping, good restaurants, and beaches.

Loved that we could enjoy breakfast on a specious patio with a great view.

Condo on water

Our condo was very clean and well kept. The only unfortunate thing was that Hurricane Helene had knocked out the elevator which at times made it difficult going up and down since we were on the fourth floor.

WARNING! Noise and air pollution!

We couldn’t stay - we left and booked a hotel. The property sits above a very busy four lane highway. It sounds like the Daytona 500 inside and outside of the unit. This should be disclosed in the listing. So disappointed.

This was a really great place to stay. The private dock was awesome. Me and my wife caught alot of fish every evening. The bed was comfy.

VRBO in St. Petersburg, FL

When we arrived the floor and counters were not clean. The blinds and lock did not work for the patio area. Walls and doors were dirty. People below us were smoking pot and the neighbor had an alteration with a person attempting to visit. We did not feel safe. We will not return.

Boca Ciega Resort

The condo was very clean and the pool and hot tub were great. This is not the owner's fault but it wasn't quiet because so close to the highway. The view was excellent and I highly recommend this place for a vacation rental.

The bed was very comfortable. Nice view. We were only there for one night during our travels but it appeared to have everything you would need for your stay. The condo is by the bridge but that did not bother us. We still liked the water view. Would stay again.

Very nice stay

This unit met our needs perfectly. The complex is close to a lot, so we were able to get to our places of interest quickly. There is a lot of traffic noise, but with the door wall closed, it was fine. The location of the unit within the building might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues, but it was fine for us. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and communication was excellent if we had questions. We have already reserved again for next year.

Nice little condo unfortunately it is located next to a freeway bridge which is very noisy. You could not have a decent conversation sitting on the balcony because of the noise. The condo really needs a major deep cleaning and many upgrades. The host was great to deal with. Unfortunately, there was a smoker in the condo below us which also made our stay not pleasant.

Great Stay

The property was as listed and cleaned thoroughly. The check in process was smooth and there were no issues during my stay. There are rolling carts available on the first floor for ease of move in/move out. Yes, there is some noise from the nearby road, which is expected by any road at any location but it was not a concern and it did not prevent a good night's sleep. The property is very well maintained. Access to the pool and hot tub are by access code and both were enjoyed. The sunsets were wonderful from the balcony. I would definitely recommend.

Clean, and helpful owner

Renting process was good, owner very responsive and helpful. Property VERY clean. Unit has water view, however is right next to four lane bridge with loud traffic 24/7. Can hear indoors and out. Was not disclosed in listing. Basic amenities are sparse, ok for 2 or three days, if staying longer you'll need to bring more supplies. Property cites sleeper sofa; note it is love seat size, not a full size couch.
