AMAZING!

This property looks exactly like the pictures. The view is so tranquil. The condo has everything you would need. The host is wonderful and clearly thinks of his guests needs. I’m going to miss this place and I will definitely come back here!

Great stay!

Cute little condo. Well appointed kitchen. Great private balcony with a good view. Saw some dolphins and lots of birds. Nice pool. Super comfortable bed.

Beautiful Condo, Great Location!

Excellent rental, great communication with host. Had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Balcony was nice, saw some dolphins a couple of the days from there and watched the sunsets. Beaches are not far and pool wasn't too busy. Thanks so much!

Beautiful location!

The grounds were impeccable! Willie, the grounds keeper kept everything so nice. The condo had a great view. We met several new friends and had fun.

4 night stay

Enjoyed our stay at this condo. Highlights for us were sitting on the balcony watching the bay and sunsets and using the pool. We had what we needed in the condo, it’s small but it works. The bed is amazing (never had such a nice one in a rental) Lots of supplies included-in the kitchen, bath and for the pool and beach.

Small but cute!

We enjoyed our stay. Studio condo was small but contained everything we needed. It was great to sit on the balcony and see dolphins in bay. Pool and hot tub were great. Owner(s) were very responsive to questions.

Beautifully furnished condo! Very comfortable bed, nice balcony with lovely water view.

We enjoyed our stay here and we would definitely stay here again! The owner was accessible and available to answer questions once we arrived. It was very simple to check in and check out. If you plan to cook your meals, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Realize this is a studio condo and probably not big enough for more than 2 people.

enjoyable

The two of us enjoyed two weeks in 106. Would not want to spend more than two weeks with the size of the place. The other features were very nice,ie bikes with bike trail easily available, pool, hot tub, grills and view. Would have been nice to know in advance when and how to gain access to facility for the first time.

31st wedding anniversary trip

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was just the right size for 2 people. We knew that we would be spending most of our time at the beaches and we didn't need anything to big. A place to lay our head, cook and wash clothes. It was a bonus that they had a kayak and bikes you could use. I really loved waking up looking out at the bay, seeing the dolphins and manatees coming by. That was great. The location was great. We hopped from beach to beach. We had absolutely the best time. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful place with us.

Nice location, but tiny

Location was great, right on the bay. Unfortunately, the weather was unseasonably cold, so we could not take advantage of the outdoor activities and pool/hot tub. That being said, the condo was extremely small and tight. Was not easy to move around. Furniture was crammed in every available space. The pictures in the listing were somewhat misleading. The place appeared larger than it actually was.

Small but perfect!

We had two adults and one toddler during our stay for 4 days. The room had a beautiful view of the bay, as well as a view of many boats coming in and out for fishing! The room was a little crowded with extra seating that wasn’t used or necessary because it was too tight, however the bed was comfortable! We didn’t use the kitchen because we ate out a lot, but it did have a few kitchen appliances at our disposal if needed. The shower head was nice and big. Our only “complaint” would be that we thought there was a dryer but realized after we were wrong. We air dried our clothes which was fine. Overall, our stay was perfect. Perfect location! Nice pool. Easy in and out access from parking lot. Would return if we are back in the area!

I really like the locale but did not realize our place was the size of a motel room. It would be fine for a long weekend but this was difficult for a month.

Everything was great!!! We had an excellent time and anything you needed was available in the Condo.. Scott was awesome with answering any questions we had. We will definitely be coming back. We had an amazing time.

Great stay and location

The condo was perfect for the three of us (Husband, myself, & a four year old). Cots are under the bed for easy access and clean up. Host has quick response time. Awesome view from the balcony.
