The Space:

Situated in quaint Pass-A-Grille, this lovely beach retreat offers unbeatable access to the pristine coastline and spectacular views of Gulf sunsets. Designed for ultimate relaxation, your well-equipped studio has a full kitchen and a TV. Spend days sunbathing on the observation deck, which boasts stunning beach views. Ample loungers invite relaxation in the sun. This conveniently located condo offers seamless walkability to restaurants, shops, and attractions while still in a tranquil setting. Thrill-seekers can schedule a parasailing adventure or rent a kayak to experience a different perspective of the Gulf. For even more excitement, downtown is less than 12 miles away.



Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and access to an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility. Beach chairs, toys, and an umbrella are provided.



Things to Know:

Due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton: The area remains under construction, and construction noise and vibrations are expected to continue through 2026.

Observation Deck & Laundry Room: Temporarily closed and unavailable.

Property Access: Entrance is currently through the back alley door only.

Parking & Unloading: You are welcome to pull into the back alley to unload your luggage directly at the entrance, then proceed to park in your standard designated spot.



Note: Work schedules are subject to weather delays, and we will update you as soon as final completion dates are confirmed. Thank you for your patience while we work to improve the property!

AC worked fine and small but well equipped 1 BR unit had everything we needed. Fantastic location just across street from beach. The little Havana residential feel feels like going back in time.

Great location. Once I was there I understood the parking. Pass a grille has parking all around and you need a pass to park anywhere. Nice place! Love the common balcony for AM coffee and PM cocktail hour.
