Girls trip 2022 was ahhhhmazing.

Beautiful condo. We arrived early Saturday morning 12:30am, with no problems getting in condo. Beds were so comfortable. Cleanliness was excellent. Will definitely stay again.

July 4th Vacation

The property is perfect for a beach getaway. Ideal location right next to beach access. Jacqueline is a marvelous host and had everything we could possibly need to enjoy our stay. Not to mention there was an ample supply of beach towels and chairs - no stress about needing to buy or packing a bunch of beach supplies. Her kindness and thoroughness in terms of making sure guests enjoy their experience is unparalleled - she checks all of the boxes.

Awesome Location and Perfect Start to Summer

We loved our stay and it was such a perfection location we are in love! The walk to the beach is literally 5 minutes and the beach is not as crowded as many public locations which was perfect for our family with kids! The pool is also a short walk and great for after the beach to cool down! We had some rain during our stay but typical to Florida weather only for a couple of hours in the afternoon so it was perfect for a midday siesta. Flagler and the little historic district is a short drive and we were there almost every afternoon for dinner. Loved our stay and would most definitely be back!

LOVE LOVE LOVE

This property is absolutely amazing!!! The unit was so clean, neat and tidy!! It had everything you could possibly need and more. Very well stocked, unlike places I've stayed at before. The beds were so comfortable and with the black out curtains...I slept til 10am one morning!!! It was just what my family and I needed. The staff was so easy to work with...just amazing people!!! I will definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it!! A great little place!!!

Weekend Stay

We were in town to host my daughter’s baby shower. The unit was perfect, except for the sewer smell that would start in the early afternoon and get stronger into the evening; like the backflow preventer couldn’t keep up with all the flushing in the general area of where we were.

Thank you for alerting me about a ‘sewer smell’. I have never had any issues with sewer odor or any other odor. I reached out to the complex manager to investigate with our maintenance staff as well as my personal maintenance man. I hope the baby shower was a lovely, memorable occasion. Beach Trip

The condo was very clean and updated! We enjoyed time on the upstairs balcony for drinks and dinner. The condo was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, and bedding. We loved the natural feel of the neighborhood with all of the trees and plants. We were bummed that the beach access nearby is currently closed but we still enjoyed plenty of beach time. I would suggest to change the property description until the access is back.

Just wonderful !you have a broken drawer

Mike and I traveled from pensacola to visit his sister and husband .property was great! You have a broken drawer in guest bedroom. Remind others that beach access is closed so use access across from beach !

Surprise Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our vacation. The condo was so nice and felt right at home. Made many memories while there with family members we haven’t seen in years. We will be back to enjoy more family time. Thank you for sharing your home with us, it was an awesome place

Nice Place good location

The place was nice and clean. We arrived late at night at check in was still easy. There was some paperwork required outside of the VRBO registration. That was a little extra work, but all in all it was a great property and I would reccomend it to others.

Comfortable, clean, and roomy

We had a great stay in this awesome beach cottage. The unit is roomy and had plenty of living space and bedroom space for our family. Beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of linens/pillows for all. The complex is quiet, but family friendly. The pool was easy to access and the beach was a short walk across the street. Definitely enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect location, quiet condo, perfect amenities; couldn't ask for more@

Perfect getaway from your busy life at home. Comfortable beds, great showers, well stocked kitchen. Grounds are lovely and the pool is heaven. All in all A++.

Just what we needed!

My family and I stayed here to get some rest and relaxation after my daughters’ volleyball nationals. It exceeded our expectations and needs! Clean, all necessities at our finger tips, close walk to the beach and pool. We would absolutely recommend the property and hope to be able to visit again!

Great beach getaway

I found the rental on VRBO, which I am new to, and was able to find this place with ease. The place was as stated. We had to buy body boards for the ocean, and toiletries, but everything else was supplied. It is a great place to stay, just across the road from the beach. I would stay here again if we return to Florida!

Perfect Accommodations!

Super clean and comfortable throughout. We felt like we were home! Plenty of towels. Fully stocked kitchen. As a hospitality executive with a major hotel chain (lots of nites on the road) getting a good nites rest is important me. Great nites rest...thank you. Quiet with the touches you don't always find. Great unit in New Smyrna!

Such a lovely unit and SO well appointed! Jacqueline was great to communicate with, and even decorated the unit for Christmas. We had a great stay!!

A Family Favorite

This is one of best places our family has stayed. The condo was beautiful and well-stocked with all needs. The resort was quiet, and has an awesome pool. We loved it!

Perfect Family Getaway

This quiet property was perfect for our family of four with close access to the beach, a pool for the kids, and restaurants within walking distance. We love to cook, so we appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and grill! We also loved the welcoming touches like board games, movies, and laundry on site. Thanks for sharing this place with us!
