Adorable Open and Airy Two Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach Condo with an amazing ocean and pool view. King size bed in the master bedroom with private bathroom. Second bedroom has a twin size bed as well as bunk beds with a full on the bottom and twin on top. Kitchen has an island for eating and entertaining. Perfect for families or just a romantic getaway. With only 32 condos in this complex, the pool and beach are just footsteps away. This 3rd floor condo has a private balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. Your older children can swim in the pool while you watch them from the balcony. Don't like stairs, no worries, this condo building as has an elevator. Located on the "no drive" beach, a few miles away from the quaint downtown/many restuarnts and only one hour away from Orlando, Fl (Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World).

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. The host is great, Sam is amazing, the unit is clean and well-appointed, the view is amazing, and of course the beach is just the best.

The unit had a great view of the ocean and comfortable chairs. It has been updated which was nice. Comfy beds, easy check in and check out, and well-equipped with beach chairs & towels, essentials like dish/laundy soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Also very well-equipped kitchen. We had a blast!

Great location

Condo is great location for the beach and the city. Weather was a little less cooperative, but that’s no fault of the owner that’s just Florida after hurricane season. Views were wonderful and everything you need is right there from coffee makers to washer and dryer.

Great Family Place

Easy check in. The place has everything that you need for your stay. I loved the expresso machine. The condo is very clean and comfortable to stay in. A GREAT PLACE for a family vacation. The only thing that the resort needs is a few more carts to bring up luggage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit

The property was great. It had all of the amenities that anyone could ask for. My wife and children (ages 8 and 10) loved it. The beach view and pool were fantastic and the solitude was beyond exceptional. Dining opportunities were great as well. We definitely intend to return.

this was our 5th year in new smyrna beach, and this is the best condo yet. great location, plenty of room, great view of the ocean. we have already rebooked for next year. host and building manager are very accommodating.
