My oh my, if it isn't the sweetest little vacation home in New Smyrna Beach–just STEPS from the beach! This one-of-a-kind 2 bed, 2 bath nautical-themed home is full-featured and exquisitely decorated with custom local art pieces throughout. From the modern fully equipped stainless steel kitchen with coffee bar, to the spacious and beautifully appointed private fenced yard, Sandy Toes is sure to put you in the beachiest of moods for your stay in NSB!

A Ring Doorbell Camera is located at the front entrance of dwelling. Recordings of audio and video take place when motion is detected at the front door.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 4-7 days (depending on credit card used), the security hold will be released and re-held each 4-7 day period of your stay.

This property is dog friendly (2 dogs max) with a Pet Fee of $162.87 USD + Tax. If traveling with dogs, please be sure to select the "I am traveling with pets" checkmark when booking.

Dogs must be cleaned up after throughout guest's stay and must never be permitted on any furniture or left unattended at the property. Legal ADA Service Animals (dogs or miniature horses only) are always welcome. Please note that an Emotional Support Animal (ESA) does not qualify as a Service Animal in the State of Florida.

Excellent location, great enclosed backyard for the dog and privacy, recently remodeled with updated appliances. We were there a month and the home was welcoming and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and well appointed. Liked location / walking distance to a few great restaurants and not a far drive to Flagler. Loved backyard for dogs.

I absolutely love this rental, the check-in process was super easy. The house was very spacious and very comfortable. All the beds were very comfortable as well! I love the private backyard. My husband and high plan to be back and absolutely love this house!

Great location and yard for dog. Home was relatively clean. If I had suggestions it would be for a hamper/basket to hold towels since we were asked to start a load when leaving. Easier to transport them to outside laundry area. Also a full length mirror would be great since I had to use the TV screen to check out what I was wearing. All in all, a good experience.

The property was very clean on the inside wonderful showers and a beautiful kitchen. The outside could’ve been a little better. The patio was covered with leaves and debris that should’ve been swept off prior to our arrival I had to do that myself.There was a table and chairs in the pictures online,,but the table was not there when we got there and the grass needed to be cut. Our dogs didn’t wanna go in the yard because the grass was so tall. The backyard has great potential and could use some fine-tuning. Otherwise everything was great.

Hi Diane! Thank you for the review and feedback. We’re a little perplexed about the missing table and chairs—I’m looking right at them now on July 22, 2026 and don’t believe they ever left the property.. Also was wondering if you could provide us with more detail about the long grass in the fenced yard. We have weekly lawn cutting during the summer months and would certainly like to investigate if the schedule is irregular in any way. We unfortunately weren’t notified of any of these issues during your stay and would’ve happily addressed them immediately if made aware. Thanks again for staying with us and I’m looking forward to hearing back more detail from you.

Great overall experience! House was easy to access via an instructional email ahead of our check in. The house was very clean and neat and cozy for our stay. Perfect amenities like a Keurig- fire pit- washer/ dryer - and all the toiletry and laundry essentials. Backyard was private and a great space for us to relax with our dogs. Beach was just a quick walk across the road. Been vacationing in NSB all of my life and this was like a home away from home. *Mattress are very firm- just something to keep in mind.

Vacation time with my sweet dog

The property was exactly as listed, extremely clean and the yard was perfect for my dog when we weren’t out and about exploring. Many of the restaurants were dog friendly and welcoming. The perfect getaway.

Family vacation

Rented this home for my aunt and her two friends was absolutely perfect for them one floor clean with a cute backyard and fire pit very close to the beach. Would def rent again!

Great Location!

My family and I enjoyed this house so much! The backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was very clean and the instructions were listed very clearly throughout the house. Very, very short walk to the beach, we’ll definitely be back!
