There were some minor, but annoying items such as Fridge: no filter in place, red indicator on all times, ice did not workMicrowave: platter does not rotateStain on LR carpet upon arrivalHousehold supplies insufficient for stays longer than a couple of days:cleaners, plastic trash bags, dishwasher soapWe stayed for almost a month so had the opportunity to really experience the condo.

We are sorry that this guest experienced some minor difficulties during the one-month stay. We encourage our guests to let us know immediately if there are any issues that can be resolved. We live close by and are always free to bring items over or correct issues. We inform all of our renters to contact us at any time. This renter never contacted us during the stay, so we were unaware of any issues claimed. Although we have not had the same issues reported before, we will always take the time to look into any reports.

Great location

Two of us enjoyed the location and all the amenities of this property. We really enjoyed the park across the street and all the shopping.

Very clean. Location was great for our needs. Have no clue about the pool, but if I didn't rate the pool I couldn't continue with the review.

Great location for us. Had a few kinks, but got worked out with the property owner. Be prepared for lots of stairs as there is no bathroom on the first floor, just as they said. Bring your own stuff as starter stuff such as coffee and laundry detergent is not supplied. And buy a bag of ice if you think you will want it.

Summertime in CO

Krsti is a fantastic host and the properties are always well-appointed, clean and comfortable. We love spending time watching the little league games and the sunsets over the front range from the balcony of this unit. Totally recommend!

Being in town for business for 21 days, i really enjoyed staying in a town home rather than a hotel for the same cost. The unit was clean and we didnt have any issues that the owners couldnt fix. I did have some issues with the altitude which made my stay a little hard. Please note it is a 2 story but its 2nd & 3rd floor. No bathroom on main floor all on the 3rd floor. Not an issue just hars when your having trouble breathing. Views of the sunseting over the mountains could be seen from the living room area or the balcony. When i was there the mosquitoes were biting so i stayed inside. The photo does show a gas grill which was not on site. I used both Walmart Delivery and Door Dash and had no delivery isses finding the location. Overall pleased and already discussing renting another unit from the owners. First floor this time since i am from the east coast and like oxygen. My only suggestions would be an air fryer in the kitchen, and room darkening blinds in the bed rooms. I could watch the red light all night and was up super early.

Last minute change by owner caused my car to be keyed twice !

Two weeks before my arrival, the unit pictured was not available. Kristi called me to say the people that rented this property would not leave on time ? She gave me a choice of splitting my stay between two properties or stay in a unit in Parker which was really Aurora. We chose the Parker-Aurora unit. She said parking was open and there where no assigned spaces. TELL THAT TO THE CURRENT OWNERS OR MOSTLY RENTERS ! We parked near our rental and my car was keyed twice in 3 days for taking some ones, NOT ASSIGNED , parking space. I was told by several people living in this complex that parking has always created problems.I called the police and was told unless I saw the person doing the damage there was nothing they could do. I called Kristi and sent her a copy of the police report, which I had to fill out online and she said she would see if the VRBO insurance which I paid for would cover any of my damage. She never called me back ! All said the unit had a few minor complaints but was very clean and well maintained. The minor problems where dealt with quickly.

We are very sorry that a guest had any issues. The incident that the guest claims occurred did not occur on this property. The guest stayed at a different location (VRBO 1191823). That unit has impeccable reviews and there has never been an incident at that property in the 15 years that we have owned it. Again, we are sad that a guest had any issues related to his stay in Colorado.

Monthly renters

Clean and nicely decorated. No grill as the photo showed. Garbage disposal a little loud. No half bath on main level, was a little inconvenient. Great location!

Beautiful Townhouse

Unlike most accommodations one finds on the internet, this condo is more beautiful than the pictures. It is obvious that Kristi takes great pride in making the unit feel like home. The first thing we did when we got back home was order a set of sheets from the company that makes the ones that were on the very comfortable king bed in the master bedroom. The location was perfect for our visit with family, with everything within 10 minutes of our home base. Finally, all of our neighbors were very nice and welcoming. Thanks to Kristi and Mick for making our stay so pleasant.

Great place to stay in Castle Rock

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here. Everything is first-rate, well kept and convenient to anywhere in Castle Rock. Kitchen was very well equipped, nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath with designated parking for 2 vehicles. Nice place to relax and enjoy Castle Rock.

Perfect location to all Colorado has to offer.

The condo was very clean and well organized and stocked with everything we needed. There was even fresh milk, fruit, coffee and cereal for us the next morning!! Very peaceful and great location for everything we had planned to do while in Colorado!!! I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Colorado!!! Thanks for the great hospitality Kristi!!!

Feels Like Home

This cozy condo in Castle Rock was a great place to stay between Denver and Colorado Springs. Its central location allowed us to visit places near Denver and spend time visiting our grandson at the AF Academy as well as Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, the cliff dwellings and Manitou Springs. The rental included things we didn't expect like fresh fruit and breakfast makings along with great coffee. It is located close to several shopping areas where we could pick up necessary supplies. The owner responded quickly to questions and needs. We loved our time there and will be back! Thanks so much for making this available.

Donna and her husband were wonderful guests. They were kind and considerate and correspondence and conversations were pleasant and easy. The condo was left in immaculate condition.
