Short Stay

Enjoyed the stay. The house was quiet with all the amenities needed. Great outdoor space if you need to bring pets. Would recommend booking here.

Wonderful stay

The basement suite is even cuter in person! You can tell that they put a lot of thought and love into creating this place to stay - truly everything we could ever need on our short trip. The yard was well maintained and perfect for our two dogs!

Very quiet

The neighborhood was nice, next to a state park. Easy in & out access to major roads.Very clean & quiet. Our host was very responsive to all questions.

Great, clean and cozy basement apartment with private access to well fenced yard. Stocked with lots of extras. Walking trails across the street. Friendly host on site.

Stay with husband and dogs

Exactly what we needed

This was the perfect place for my teenage son and I to stay for one night while we were in Denver. We joked around about how we wished we were staying longer just so we could sleep there another night. The extra amenities like shampoo and conditioner (3 options!!) was so nice! As well as the coffee and tea they provided in the kitchenette. The shower was amazing! Great place overall!

Home away from home

The host was amazing and the property definitely meets all of your needs. You may not have an actual stove but you definitely have the equipment to either warm your meal or prepare meal. They also add extra amenities like a washer and dryer with all of the things that you need to do your laundry as well as toiletries shampoo conditioners body washes they have Waters in the fridge for you as well as tees and other types of coffees that you would like to try. I highly recommend this property...

Home away from Home

The area is very spacious and clean. There is plenty of room to cook meals and relax at the end of the day. Jacob provided more amenities than any other place I have ever stayed. It truly felt like home away from home. Going forward I will be booking this place when visiting Denver!!

Tremendous host

Solo mission for a short weekend stay. Jacob's place was tremendous. Really would be a great place for a more extended stay if you were on assignment at the DTC or even downtown. Undersold amenity of this property is that you a half block away from some tremendous outdoor space for running or hiking. Highly recommended.

Great Family! Very helpful.

The basement has wonderful entertainment and is very comfortable. Our only surprise was it doesn’t have a private entrance. You enter through the home which is occupied. Jacob (Owner) made us feel very comfortable and was very helpful with anything we forgot. Thank you!

Cozy and Quiet

We were very comfortable in this basement apartment. Jacob helped me find the entrance in the snow and then went out of his way to shovel the walkway down to the basement multiple times to ensure we were able to come and go safely. He was very communicative with quick reaponses and just very very kind. The lodgings were clean and well kept, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. And even though it is a basement apartment the sound insulation was superb and we really couldn't hear much noise from upstairs. Overall it was an extremely comfortable place to stay and was just what we needed for our trip to Denver. Thanks for everything Jacob! abel to safely

The propeety was very clean and comfortable. Felt safe walking back the 3 miles from a concert at fiddlers green It is a very quiet basement apartment with everything you could possibly need. The Host Jacob was wonderful and very nice man. Will definitely use again next time i sray in Denver if available.
