Not great
Ok we’re to start: I was informed I would be charged £20 from my house care deposit if I dared to arrive before 1pm. The house card deposit is for Dan age not a money making machine!
The stair case/carpet and entrance are are disgusting. I do realise that this may well be communal.
On entering the front door threshold still had its protective cover on ( well hanging on or off ).
The bathroom floor tiles had not yet been fully grouted along with a lighted mirror thst was either broken or not yet connected.
No bath/shower mats.
Bedrooms no wardrobe or in fact not a single hook to hang any clothing! One bedroom was stuck half open due to the carpet not being laid correctly and the carpet was lifting. A bedside drawer was not working not screwed up correctly. The lounge had a sofa that 3 people could just about sit on, but we’re would the 4th person sit?
The kitchen door was an ex safe door it looked great.
No rea towel to dry dishes, plenty pots pans and a cooker but if I decided to cook, we’re would I eat?
No coffee machine ( only asking for a big standard cafetière)
The bedroom bling fell down but was very promptly fixed, thank you.
Pictures shown hardly relate to the apartment we stayed in, very misleading.
All in all could be good but the owner/manager needs to stay in the property to see what’s wrong.
